The invention relates to a cleaning apparatus (10) for functionally regenerating a brush (20) which can be used for washing a flexographic plate; in particular, the apparatus is configured to regenerate a brush (20) comprising a cylindrical core (5) about which a channel (4) supporting filaments (3) is fixed according to a spiral shape. The apparatus comprises a frame defining a rotation axis (100) for the brush and a motorized assembly, which can be operatively connected to an end of said cylindrical core (5) of the brush (20) to rotate it about the rotation axis (100). The apparatus (10) further comprises a cleaning unit (30) comprising a carriage (31), movable along a rectilinear guide (32) and a tool (33) provided with an end (33A) adapted to penetrate into the spaces defined between the turns of the spiral to detach the polymer and monomer residues hardened in said spaces as a result of the use of said brush for said washing.
Separation process and plant for particulate matter
Process and plant for particulate matter along a conveyor system of products, said plant having a collection system which sucks a carrier gas flow and demarcates, in use, a suction chamber, namely a closed volume, with said product which advances in an advancing direction on an advancing plane; the separation plant having a separation system which is connected to said collection system and gets, in use, said carrier gas flow and particulate matter; wherein said separation system separates particulate matter from the carrier gas flow.
Method for cleaning engine deposits
A method for cleaning a combustion engine is disclosed wherein an apparatus with a cable is coupled to an on-board diagnostic port on the vehicle, and a service hose with a misting nozzle adapter is coupled to a first port on a vehicle. A controller monitors data from the on-board diagnostic port on a vehicle, where the data preferably includes the engine rpm, the catalytic convertor temperature, the engine coolant temperature, the MAF, and the MAP. The controller monitors information from the cleaning apparatus, and the information is processed to adjust the dispensing of the cleaning solution. The adjustment of the cleaning solution can vary the rate, volume, pressure, pulse interval, flow pattern, and duration of the solution in the engine.
Apparatus and method for removing photoresist layer from alignment mark
An apparatus for removing a photoresist layer from at least one alignment mark of a wafer is provided. The apparatus includes a holder, a solvent dispenser, and a suction unit. The holder is used to support the wafer, wherein the alignment mark is formed in a peripheral region of the wafer. The solvent dispenser is used to spray a solvent onto the photoresist layer on the alignment mark of the wafer to generate a dissolved photoresist layer. The suction unit is used to remove the dissolved photoresist layer and the solvent from the wafer through exhausting.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR REMOVING DEBRIS FROM PLASTIC SHEETS
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a multi-stage system and process for removing debris from plastic sheets (such as tier sheets or any other suitable sheets formed from any suitable material). Certain embodiments of the sheet-cleaning system (10) include a drive assembly comprising a drive roller (211, 212) driven by a drive actuator, an electrostatic-discharge device (220) operable to discharge static electricity, and a cleaning roller assembly (230) comprising a cleaning roller (231, 232) driven by a cleaning roller actuator, the cleaning roller (231, 232) comprising a cleaning implement on at least part of its outer surface.
DUST REMOVAL DEVICE
A dust removal device provided with a discharge outlet 30a (30) and suction inlet 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b facing the surface of an object to be dedusted 100 undergoing relative movement and arranged at a predetermined interval along the direction of relative movement of the object to be dedusted 100 and that discharges gas from the discharge outlet 30 to the surface of the object to be dedusted 10 while drawing in the gas above the surface of the object to be dedusted 100 through the suction inlet 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b. The dust removal device has a gas discharge path 32b with a shape that gradually expands from an opening 33 facing the object to be dedusted 100 to the discharge outlet 30a.
Dedusting of wood boards by use of two counter-rotating pairs of brushes with a vacuum system
A deduster is comprised of two sets (pairs) of counter-rotating dedusting brushes in co-operation with a vacuum system for saw dust removal from wooden lumber. In addition to these features, the deduster may feature a separate, movable, top brush assembly that can be easily adjusted for different board thicknesses and raised up to allow for clearing board jams and for pass-through if boards were to be run without dedusting. This deduster apparatus is modular, thereby allowing it to be positioned over an existing machine or a lumber board unscrambler machine such as a lugged unscrambler machine.
