Semiconductor wire bonding machine cleaning device and method
A methodology and medium for regular and predictable cleaning the support hardware such as capillary tube in semiconductor assembly equipment components, while it is still in manual, semi-automated, and automated assembly are disclosed. The cleaning material may include a cleaning pad layer and one or more intermediate layers that have predetermined characteristics.
Pipe thread cleaner
A pipe thread cleaning device which cleans with pressurized water. The device contains a rigid outer shell and a cleaning assembly which is inserted into the outer shell to form an enclosure and includes a water input and rotatable spray nozzles to clean threaded pipe which is inserted into the device by rotatably applying a pressurized stream of water to the pipe threads.
TOOL FOR MULTIPLE SEQUENTIAL OPERATIONS AND METHODS FOR USE
A tool system dual rotating heads to allow for sequential operations without changing of the tool tip. The tool system is adapted to allow for complementary repetitive operations. The tool may have opposite facing rotating heads, and may be adapted to have only a selected head at any one time. The tool may include an electric drive motor which drives internal and external cleaning brushes adapted to remove oxidation and contamination from the surfaces of pipe segments before soldering, for example.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF STERILELY CONNECTING FLUID PATHWAYS
A sterile tube connector for a fluid circuit system comprising a housing. A first opening is configured to receive a first length of tubing in communication with a first chamber. A second opening is configured for communicating with the first chamber when the tube connector is in an open configuration but not in a closed configuration. The second opening is configured to reversibly engage a third opening to form a second chamber. The third opening is configured for communicating with a second length of tubing. A first portion of the housing forming the first opening comprises a material at least partially permeable to a sterilization energy source for sterilizing contents of the second chamber.
EFFICIENT WHEEL CLEANING SYSTEM FOR ACHIEVING ACCURATE TORQUE MEASUREMENT
The invention is a highly-efficient apparatus and system for removing impurities and debris from wheel components in a time-optimized and cost-controlled manner to ensure consistent results. The system is a single integrated tool on which employees can be quickly trained to perform all wheel cleaning functions by using the tool's components in any order, increasing the probability that all operations will be performed.
RIFLE CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING
An elongated weapon cleaning device defines apertures sized and shaped to receive and frictionally secure the stick portion of a cotton swab segment. Integrated hinges facilitate insertion of the stick and exertion of frictional holding forces on the stick. The cotton swab segment protrudes at an angle that permits access to all surfaces of a locking lug within the chamber of the weapon, and in particular the back surface of the locking lug which is particularly difficult to reach. A cotton swab segment can be inserted upwardly or downwardly into the aperture, thereby causing the cotton swab segment to protrude at an angle, or the corresponding supplementary angle, for each aperture.
DECONTAMINATION DEVICE FOR PHARMACEUTICAL VESSELS HAVING SAFETY MECHANISMS
The present invention relates, in some embodiments thereof, to systems, devices and methods for decontaminating a surface of one or more vessels. In some embodiments, the systems and devices of the invention include a housing, and a wiping member disposed within the housing being configured to move across the housing, and at least one safety mechanism, thereby establishing a contaminant-free fluid passageway between vessels.
Hand Removable, Clip On Wax Guards
Guards for a space access device are configured to be attached to, as well as removed from the space access device by hand, without the need to resort to any tools to perform the attachment or the removal. A distal guard includes at least first and second filters separated by at least one convoluted pathway, and also includes outwardly extending members projecting outwardly from a base of the distal guard. A proximal guard forms at least one convoluted pathway with a cap forming a proximal end of the space access device. A pull tab provides redundancy against failure. The pull tab may be incorporated into the distal guard.
Device-Cleaning Wax Guards
A guard configured to form an air flow channel with a space access device and to clear debris therefrom includes a surface configured to interface with an opposing surface of the space access device to form the air flow channel. A connector is configured to attach the guard to the space access device so that the surface and the opposing surface are oriented in predetermined positions to establish the air flow channel. A wiper extends from at least a portion of the surface, the wiper being configured such that upon rotation of the guard relative to the space access device, the wiper contacts and moves the debris.
Tool and Method for Cleaning a Valve Body of a Control Valve
A tool and a method are provided for cleaning a sealing surface of a valve body. The tool includes a stem adapted to be disposed in the valve body, at least one cleaning element coupled to the stem, and a handle operatively coupled to the at least one cleaning element via the stem. The at least one cleaning element includes at least one cleaning surface adapted to engage the sealing surface when the stem is disposed in the valve body. The at least one cleaning element is movable responsive to actuation of the handle such that the at least one cleaning surface cleans the sealing surface of the valve body.
