ROBOT FOR OIL TANK CLEANING
A robot includes a truss assembly, a walking assembly, a power unit, and a rack including a guide pillar, a second link. The truss assembly is disposed on the top of the rack. The walking assembly is disposed in the rack and fixedly connected to the rack through a bearing. The power unit is disposed on the rear end of the rack. An oil tank is provided with a hole. The truss assembly is configured to place the robot into the oil tank through the hole. The walking assembly is configured to drive the robot to move along the axis of the oil tank and to prevent the robot from toppling in the oil tank. The power unit is configured to clean the inside of the oil tank. The walking assembly includes two active walking assemblies, a drive assembly, and a folding assembly.
METHOD OF CLEANING REACTION TUBE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE, AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
There is provided a technique that includes a first annealing step of annealing the reaction tube; a first cleaning step of cleaning an inner surface of the reaction tube, after the first annealing step, with a liquid including a fluorine compound having a first concentration; a first rinsing step of washing away the fluorine compound used in the first cleaning step with pure water; a second annealing step of annealing the reaction tube; a second cleaning step of cleaning the inner surface of the reaction tube, after the second annealing step, with a liquid including a fluorine compound having a second concentration higher than the first concentration; and a second rinsing step of washing away the fluorine compound used in the second cleaning step with pure water.
Food Processor With Cleaning Accessory amd Methods of Using Same
An apparatus and method of cleaning a food processor including providing a food processor base that includes a rotary power driver having a rotatable shaft. A bowl is mounted on the base. A food processing blade attached to the shaft within the bowl. A cleaning accessory is placed in the bowl above the food processing blade. A cleaning fluid is introduced into the bowl, and the food processing blade with the rotatable shaft agitate the cleaning fluid in conjunction with the cleaning accessory.
SYSTEMS, ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS FOR PYROPHORIC MATERIAL EXTRACTION
Systems, assemblies, and methods to enhance extraction of pyrophoric materials from a refinery apparatus may include supplying a pressurized fluid to a plurality of vacuum generators, and generating, via the plurality of vacuum generators using the pressurized fluid, a vacuum flow. A manifold may provide a flow path for the vacuum flow, and pyrophoric material may be extracted from the refinery apparatus via the vacuum flow to a material collector through which the vacuum flow passes, depositing at least a portion of the extracted pyrophoric material in the material collector. One or more of inert gas or a cooling medium may be supplied to the material collector.
BUCKET CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A bucket cleaning apparatus is provided. The bucket cleaning apparatus includes a frame. One or more primary support members is coupled individually to the frame. A corresponding secondary support member is coupled to each primary support member. A scraper is coupled to one or more of each of the primary support members and secondary support members, wherein each scraper is adjustable with respect to the primary support member or secondary support member to which the scraper is coupled. A bucket may be inserted over the top of the primary support members such that the scrapers on at least the primary support members engage interior surfaces of the bucket to clean out the bucket as the bucket is rotated about the primary support members.
Process for acidic cleaning in the beer industry
The present invention relates to the acidic cleaning in the beer industry, and more particularly an improved process for acidic cleaning of the various elements and vessels that are used in the preparation of beer and other and other related fermented beverages, said cleaning being carried out by using a formulation comprising at least one alkane sulphonic acid.
Brewing vessel cleaning composition and related methods of use
An acidic cleaning composition and related methods of use for rapidly cleaning and sanitizing hard contact surfaces in the food and beverage industry. The acidic cleaning composition includes a concentrated acidic solution, a strong oxidizer, a surfactant, a suitable solvent and/or sufficient quantities of water. The acidic cleaning composition rapidly removes soils from food and beverage contact surfaces such as, for example, brewing vats and kegs, without requiring CO.sub.2 be removed from the brewery vessel. The acidic cleaning composition can be in a concentrated form for dilution with additional dilution water at ambient or faucet temperature as opposed to requiring the use of hot water. The acidic cleaning composition is free-rinsing leaving essentially no residue on the contact surface. The surfactant provides low-foam properties so as to avoid cavitation and damage within a pump assembly.
System and method for cleaning wine and/or a barrel containing wine
There is disclosed a system and method for processing wine and/or a containing barrel, while keeping a volume of most of the wine in the barrel. The disclosed system and method can provide reduced mixing of different layers of wine in the barrel. An optional scrubbing mechanism cleans an interior surface of the barrel from encrusted matter, and an optional UV sterilization light source sanitizes an interior surface of the barrel that is alongside a cavity in the barrel empty of wine. In some embodiments a pumping and filtering system preserves non-mixing flow of wine in the barrel while effectively filtering wine optionally without the use of a filter cartridge or other interposing medium.
