METHOD FOR CLEANING AND STORING OF A MOULD DRUM
The present invention relates to a mould drum for moulding products from a mass of food starting material. The mould drum comprises one or more cavities with a mould cavity wall having at least partially a porous structure, whereas each cavity is connected to a passage. The present invention further relates to a cleaning apparatus and a forming apparatus preferably provided with a cleaning device for the inventive mould drum with supporting means for supporting the axis of the drum. Additionally, the present invention relates to a process for cleaning the inventive drum.
Concrete washout and water recycling apparatus
A concrete washout and water recycling apparatus has a water tank with a capacity of at least 250 gallons, having an input aperture in a top portion of the water tank, and an outlet aperture on a bottom portion of the water tank, which has a release valve. The apparatus further includes a mounting structure for mounting the water tank on the cement truck, and a water channeling system. The system has a first pipe and a second pipe, the first pipe having a proximal end, a distal end, and a diameter, the proximal end being connected to the input aperture of the water tank. The second pipe has first end, a second end, and a diameter, the first end being connected to the distal end of the first pipe, and the second end having a connector valve.

Method and system for treating kegs
An apparatus for treating a keg's interior comprises first and second tanks that maintain treatment medium at respective first and second temperatures, a first heat-exchanger, and a waste-air line. The first heat-exchanger is arranged upstream of a second-tank inlet for using heat recovered from the treatment medium through heat exchange with a heat-transfer medium to pre-heat treatment medium that is being conducted to the second tank. The heat-transfer medium includes any one or more of treatment medium conducted out of a keg interior after a treatment step, treatment medium in the first tank, and waste air in the waste-air line.
Method for cleaning a machine for liquid or semi-liquid food products
A method for cleaning a machine for liquid or semi-liquid food products having a container forming a processing chamber, a mixer inside the processing chamber, and a thermal treatment mechanism to exchange heat with the processing chamber. The method includes a) pasteurizing a basic mixture or finished product in the container at a first time interval; b) performing the following operations at a second time interval: emptying the basic mixture from the container, washing the container using a washing fluid, filling the container with a cleaning fluid and subjecting the cleaning fluid in the container to a heating thermal treatment; c) disassembling and cleaning at a third time interval components of the machine which make contact, in use, with the basic mixture or product, where the first time interval is less than the second time interval and the second time interval is less than the third time interval.
METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF CONTAMINATED SURFACES FROM OILFIELD WASTE
The present invention pertains to a process for treating a contaminated surface. The composition employed may comprise an ester of a natural oil. If desired, then other components may be added. Such components include, but are not limited to, fragrances, colorants, additional reactants and the like.
Installation intended to automatically remove labels of crates
Installation provided with at least one high-pressure circuit comprising at least one high-pressure pump and rotating nozzles attacking the four sides of crates in order to automatically remove labels, wherein the installation further comprises a low-pressure circuit able to clean the installation inwardly and to transport labels to specific filters so that stoppages are diminished and further able to recirculate the water of the high-pressure and low-pressure circuits, and wherein trolleys holding the crates are able to rotate by means of a predefined path on perimetral guides of the frame so that the jets of the nozzles attack the required walls of the crates on four sides.
METHOD OF UTILIZING A HANDHELD BOTTLE WASHER
A method of utilizing a handheld bottle washer that includes compressing two flexible opposing sidewalls of the bottle washer with an external compression force to generate a dynamic position with a diameter of the enclosed washing aperture, inserting the two flexible opposing sidewalls into an opening of a bottle while in the dynamic position, releasing the external compression force causing the two flexible opposing sidewalls to expand outwardly to generate a static position with the diameter of the enclosed washing aperture greater than the diameter of enclosed washing aperture when in the dynamic position and with the cleaning material on the outer surfaces of each of the two opposing sidewalls contacting the inner surfaces of the bottle, and applying a downward force on the lower end of the handheld body to move the cleaning material on the inner surfaces of the bottle for cleaning.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING WINE AND/OR A BARREL CONTAINING WINE
There is disclosed a system and method for processing wine and/or a containing barrel, while keeping a volume of most of the wine in the barrel. The disclosed system and method can provide reduced mixing of different layers of wine in the barrel. An optional scrubbing mechanism cleans an interior surface of the barrel from encrusted matter, and an optional UV sterilization light source sanitizes an interior surface of the barrel that is alongside a cavity in the barrel empty of wine. In some embodiments a pumping and filtering system preserves non-mixing flow of wine in the barrel while effectively filtering wine optionally without the use of a filter cartridge or other interposing medium.
METHOD TO CLEAN A MOULD DRUM PROVIDED WITH A PLASTIC POROUS STRUCTURE
A mould drum with a multitude of product cavities in a multitude of rows. Each cavity has a porous bottom- and/or sidewall. The cavities in one row being connected with a passage, the passage extending parallel to the center-axis of the drum from one front end. A method to clean a mould drum and specifically a mould drum with cavities with a mould cavity wall having at least partially a porous structure particularly with interconnecting pores.
