VARIABLE SPEED PROFILE EXTRUSION PORTION CUTTING HEAD AND CONTROL SYSTEM
The invention is directed to a foodstuff extrusion portioning device and more specifically a cutter head assembly on such an extruder having a servo motor, a cutter shuttle coupled to a cutting element, a controller and being programmed via a product variable to provide a velocity profile. The cutter in the velocity profile has a first velocity and it reduces speed to a second velocity and goes more slowly through the last portion of the foodstuff. The at least two velocities being fully programmable and the controller can provide for instantaneous and additional programmed velocities throughout the cutting profile. The cutter further providing tilt control so it can drop the portion at the moment the portion detaches from the extruded foodstuff stream. It cuts and/or breaks off portions in a far more uniform and controllable manner to more accurately portion and better place the cut portions. This also provides the portion with minimal residual energy pushing it forward as it drops through the effect of gravity and the cutter can be used so as to further direct and push the portion downward so as to optimally place it.
AUTOMATIC CHAMBER CLEANING SYSTEM
An automatic chamber cleaning system includes a chamber including an opening in an upper portion, an inner space, and an inner wall, and an automatic chamber cleaning device on the chamber, the automatic chamber cleaning device including roller cleaning devices configured to clean the inner wall of the chamber, a vertical driver configured to move the roller cleaning devices in a vertical direction of the chamber through the opening of the chamber into the inner space of the chamber, a horizontal driver configured to move the roller cleaning devices inside the chamber in a radial direction, and a main rotation driver configured to rotate the roller cleaning devices inside the chamber about a center of the chamber along a rotation direction of the chamber.
AUTOMATIC CHAMBER CLEANING SYSTEM

METHOD AND SYSTEM OF CLEANING SUBMERGED STRUCTURES
The present invention relates generally to a method to determine one or more properties in a water storage facility and/or a water treatment facility. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a method to determine one or more chemical and/or physical properties in a water storage facility vessel and/or a water treatment facility vessel and then use such one or more chemical and/or physical properties to determine where, if need be, any sand or other sediment needs to be removed from any such water storage facility vessels and/or a water treatment facility vessels.

MOULDING
A system for moulding three-dimensional products from a mass of one or more food starting materials which are suitable for consumption, in particular human consumption, has a production device having a frame, a mould member provided with at least one mould cavity, the frame supporting the mould member, mass feed means for feeding the mass to the one or more mould cavities of the mould member. The system also has at least one cleaning device for cleaning one or more parts of the production device which come into contact with the mass. The mould member is removable from the frame. The system has a storage device for storing a plurality of mould members, which may be provided with an identification, has recognition means for recognizing the identification of a mould member, and may have a memory for storing at least one history of a mould member.

A plasma processing method for plasma-etching a sample in a metallic processing chamber includes etching the sample with a plasma; plasma-cleaning the processing chamber with a fluorine-containing gas after etching the sample; and plasma-processing the processing chamber with a gas containing sulfur and oxygen after plasma cleaning the processing chamber.

Moulding
A system for molding three-dimensional products from a mass of one or more food starting materials which are suitable for consumption, in particular human consumption, has a production device having a frame, a mold member provided with at least one mold cavity, the frame supporting the mold member, mass feed means for feeding the mass to the one or more mold cavities of the mold member. The system also has at least one cleaning device for cleaning one or more parts of the production device which come into contact with the mass. The mold member is removable from the frame. The system has a storage device for storing a plurality of mold members, which may be provided with an identification, has recognition means for recognizing the identification of a mold member, and may have a memory for storing at least one history of a mold member.
Cleaning Device for Surfaces
A cleaning device and a cleaning method for surfaces (22) in an application space (20) comprising at least a removal means (4) for application of a cleaning fluid (7) and/or for the removal of adhesions from the surfaces (22), and at least one positioning means (12) of the cleaning device (1) in the application space (20). According to the invention, the positioning means (12) is connected with a control means (1), which comprises a storage device (1), and with the at least one removal means (4) such that cleaning parameters stored in the storage device of the control means can be assigned to a position, and are transferred by the control means to the removal means (4), and the cleaning parameters, when the position is reached, are applied to the removal means (4).
