SPILL CONTAINMENT AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR GLASS CERAMIC COOKTOP
A panel is disclosed. The panel has an exposed surface and a plurality of liquid-repelling elements disposed directly on the exposed surface in a discontinuous pattern. The liquid-repelling elements include a non-hydrophobic material.
System for and method of by-product removal from a metal substrate
A system for and method of removing residues, deposits, and debris from a substrate that has been marked by a chemical etching process is disclosed. The system includes one or more upper sprayers that deposit a cleaning solution to a top surface of the product as it passes beneath the one or more upper sprayers. The system further includes at least one upper brush that operates to scrub the top surface of the product after the cleaning solution has been applied thereto. The system optionally includes one or more lower sprayers and lower brushes to clean a bottom surface of the product as it is conveyed through the system. The system further includes an air knife system that assists with drying the product prior to exiting the system. The system further includes a controller that is operable to adjust various system parameters.
UNIT FOR RECYCLING TREATING LIQUID OF SUBSTRATE AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING SUBSTRATE WITH THE UNIT
A substrate treating liquid recovery unit with improved cleaning efficiency and a substrate treating apparatus including the same are provided. The substrate treating apparatus includes a substrate support unit; and a substrate treating liquid recovery unit surrounding the substrate support unit, for recovering a substrate treating liquid, and including a first recovery container, wherein the first recovery container comprises a first base for discharging the substrate treating liquid to an outside through a first recovery line, and including a third portion disposed on one side of the substrate support unit and a fourth portion disposed on the other side of the substrate support unit; a first sidewall extending upwardly from one end of the first base; a first upper plate extending obliquely and upwardly from an end of the first sidewall; and a first inner wall extending upwardly from the other end of the first base.
Grow Table Cleaning System
A cleaning system includes a planar material beneath a soiled grow table. The planar material is non-porous except for a drain. Above the planar material is a plate layer including at least two layers of runners arranged in a grid where each successive layer is offset at an angle with respect to the grid of a previous layer. The plate layer rests upon the non-porous material. An upper layer covers the plate layer and has a plurality of holes. A roller table is provided for slideably supporting the grow table. Nozzles are positioned over the grow table and is/are interfaced to a pump for receiving and spraying liquid from the pump downwardly towards the grow table. The liquid and impurities (e.g., soil, leaves) fall to the upper layer and through the plurality of holes for cleaning and filtering the liquid before the liquid is returned to the pump.
CLEANING SOLUTION DETECTION DEVICE
A cleaning solution detection device includes a transfer part configured to unload and transfer a substrate having a surface to which a cleaning solution is applied when a cleaning process is completed, a detector configured to detect the cleaning solution that falls from the surface of the substrate in a process in which the substrate is unloaded and transferred by the transfer part, and a controller configured to determine whether a dangerous situation occurs due to a fall of the cleaning solution based on information detected by the detector.
CLEANING CAVITY SERIES FOR EXTRUSION TYPE COATING AND CLEANING METHOD FOR EXTRUSION TYPE COATING
Provided are a cleaning cavity series for extrusion type coating, and a cleaning method. The cleaning cavity series for extrusion type coating includes a plurality of cleaning cavities, where the plurality of cleaning cavities form the cleaning cavity series, each of the plurality of cleaning cavities is provided with an inner cavity body, a cleaning cavity opening portion in communication with the inner cavity body is disposed on a side portion of each of the plurality of cleaning cavities, and cross-section outlines of the inner cavity bodies of the plurality of cleaning cavities are a series of curves with an equal chord length. The cleaning method includes: S1: evaluating an envelope line of a slurry that overflows from a lip portion of a coating head, and selecting one cleaning cavity from a cleaning cavity series to ensure that an enveloped area of the envelope line accounts for 30%-70% of the sectional area of an inner cavity body of the selected cleaning cavity; and S2: selecting a static cleaning method or a dynamic cleaning method to perform a cleaning operation on the coating head using the selected cleaning cavity from the cleaning cavity series. The cleaning cavity series for extrusion type coating, and the cleaning method using same have the advantages of having a simple structure, being convenient to apply, being low in implementation cost, and improving the cleaning effect, the coating quality and the production efficiency.
Radiator containment bag
A radiator containment bag includes a bag section configured as a container and sized and shaped so that in use at least the lower end of a radiator fits within and is retained by the bag section. The bag section is formed at least partly from a waterproof material so that liquid in the bag section will be retained within the bag section. At least one containment strap is connected to the bag section and is configured to pass over and around the top of a radiator located in the bag section in use to hold the radiator in the bag section. A plurality of grab handles extends from the bag section and are configured to allow a user or users to grasp the handles to lift the
Washing system and methods of use
A washing container for washing or maintaining various objects includes opposite side portions, end portions, and a bottom portion. Embodiments include at least one lower support having an engagement gap extending between lower support arms and configured to releasably secure the objects. Some embodiments include opposing lower supports that secure opposite ends of the objects. An upper support arm may be used independently or together with one or more lower supports to secure one or more objects, in various positions, within the washing container. A perforated support platform support the objects above the bottom portion of the washing container and allows fluids and debris to pass to the bottom portion and into a drain trough.
