The automatic car washing device includes a guide rail device and a cleaning rack arranged on the guide rail device. The automatic car washing method includes: acquiring a car washing instruction, moving a cleaning rack to a corresponding cleaning position based on the car washing instruction, and opening a corresponding water sprayer and/or a corresponding car washing shampoo sprayer in sequence based on the car washing instruction, and keeping same operating for set cleaning duration, and keeping unopened water sprayers and/or car washing shampoo sprayers closed. The method comprises the following method steps: Reading in a container data record (bds) for the container (B) from which the substance is to be delivered by means of the dosing pump (DP); reading in a digital level value (fs) representing a level measured in the container (B) by means of at least one analog level sensor (FSS) or reading in a digital pressure value (p) representing a pressure measured in the container (B) by means of at least one analog pressure sensor (DS) and reading in a digital density value (φ) for the substance to be delivered by the dosing pump (DP); Determining and outputting the ACTUAL delivery volume (ist-fv) which has actually been delivered by the dosing pump (DP) in a measuring time interval, based on the read-in digital level value (fs) or the read-in digital pressure value (p) and the read-in density value (φ) and on the basis of the read-in vessel data record (bds).

The carrying device is configured to carry the to-be-cleaned object. The spray device is arranged above and around the carrying device and configured to spray a cleaning fluid to the to-be-cleaned object. An apparatus for the maintenance and operation of an air-cooled heat exchanger (ACHE) includes a plurality of spray tubes provided with spaced-apart nozzles permanently positioned between the finned heat exchange tubes and longitudinally aligned within the region of the finned-tube pitch. The apparatus is operable in several modes, including cleaning where the flow of air is stopped and temperature-controlled pressurized water with an optional cleaning agent is discharged from the nozzles to dislodge dirt and debris from the finned surfaces while simultaneously cooling the hot process liquid. When extremes of ambient air temperatures preclude the forced air fans from achieving the target temperature range of the process liquid passing through the ACHE, refrigerated pressurized cooled water and compressed air in the form of a mist is discharged from the nozzles, or alternatively, pressurized heated air is discharged from the nozzles.
