Herbal medicinal tablet formulation for treating obesity which can be prescribed based on sasang constitutional medicine

An embodiment of the present invention provides an herbal medicinal tablet formulation for treating obesity which can be prescribed based on Sasang constitutional medicine, including: an ephedra powder agent of which ephedrine content is concentrated to be 3.0 to 4.0%, which is greater than 0.5 to 2.5% when it is in a natural state, and of which the ephedrine content is maintained constant at 3.0 to 4.0%; and a side-effect-preventing powder agent for each constitution prescribed based on Sasang constitutional medicine in order to prevent a side effect of the ephedra powder agent, wherein a weight ratio of the ephedra powder agent and the side-effect-preventing powder agent is 8-10:1 to 9-11:1.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FORMING A DOSAGE FORM WITHIN A PACKAGING

A method and system of forming a pharmaceutical dosage form within a portion of a blister packaging. The method includes the steps of providing a blister packaging for the dosage form with depressions. A predetermined amount of a drug-containing powder material comprising drug-containing particles is deposited into a substantially uniform powder layer within the depressions. A binding liquid is then deposited in a pattern on the powder layer within the depressions, to bind the particles of the powder layer and form an incremental wetted layer. Excess solvent in the binding material can be removed to form an incremental bound layer. These steps are repeated in sequence at least one or more times to form the pharmaceutical dosage form within the blister packaging.

Systems and methods of fabricating a customized dose using a medication 3D printer are provided. According to one embodiment, a system is provided that includes a 3D printer that receives prescription dose instructions from a computer or mobile communication device via a network and assembles a customized medication dose according to the prescription dose instructions by selective application of materials stored in a medicament compound container having at least one reservoir containing the materials for assembly. The materials for assembly can be provided to the 3D printer by a master conduit connecting reservoirs in the medicament compound container to the 3D printer. The 3D printer accesses specified amounts of the materials, which include medicament compounds, via the master conduit, and assembles the customized medication dose according to the prescription dose instructions.
