PRODUCING METHOD, PRODUCING APPARATUS AND PRODUCING EQUIPMENT LINE OF PRESS FORMED PRODUCT
A producing method of the press formed product includes a preparation step of preparing a metal sheet as a starting material; and a press working step of performing press working on the starting material. The press working step includes: during a time period from when pushing-in of the starting material into the die by the punch is started or immediately thereafter until the pushing-in of the punch with respect to the die reaches a predetermined distance short of a bottom dead point for the pushing-in, holding the pad at a position distant from the punch by the predetermined distance; when the pushing-in of the punch with respect to the die reaches the predetermined distance short of the bottom dead point, receiving the pad in the die; and continuing the pushing-in of the punch with respect to the die and the pad to the bottom dead point.
METHOD AND DIE SET FOR FORMING A SURFACE IN A METAL PANEL
A method of forming a surface in a panel includes positioning a panel blank between a stationary die and a moveable die of a die set, and moving the moveable die toward the stationary die to deform the panel blank therebetween. Positive stresses in the panel blank are maintained in the region of the panel blank that will form the surface by forming a bead along a length of the surface to be formed in the panel blank, as the moveable die moves toward the stationary die. The moveable die continues to move toward the stationary die, while maintaining positive stresses in the panel blank in the region of the panel blank that will form the surface, to further deform the panel blank into a formed shape that includes the surface.
PRESS-FORMING METHOD, BLANK MEMBER FOR SHEET-SHAPED MATERIAL, INTERMEDIATE FORMED PRODUCT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT, AND PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT
A method for manufacturing a press-formed product includes a blanking step of blanking from a sheet-shaped material into a shape in which an excess material portion is added to the contour outline of a developed shape of the press-formed product, a first pressing step of folding the excess material portion to form straight sides into an intermediate formed product with a bent flange portion, a second pressing step of performing press forming including bulging in which the bulging portion is provided on the intermediate formed product, and a trimming step of trimming the excess material portion. A blank material includes excess material portion to be folded to form straight sides circumscribed around or spaced apart from a contour outline of a developed shape of the press-formed product, and an intermediate formed product includes excess material portion including a bent flange portion folded to form straight sides.

LINE DISPLACEMENT EVALUATION METHOD, LINE DISPLACEMENT EVALUATION DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
Provided is a line displacement evaluation method of evaluating line displacement occurring in a press-formed article in press forming of forming a character line. This method includes acquiring a cross section profile of the press-formed article measured so as to traverse the character line formed in the press-formed article; calculating a 4th order differential coefficient of the acquired cross section profile; and evaluating the line displacement, on the basis of the calculated 4th order differential coefficient of the cross section profile.
Press forming method
A press forming process forms a blank, which is the material to be pressed, into a product having a predetermined shape including a continuous hat-shaped section in the longitudinal direction and a curved portion protruding toward the top surface side in the longitudinal direction. In the press forming process, an intermediate product which has an excess thickness portion formed at a part of the curved portion of the product and protruding higher than the top surface of the product is formed while constraining the portion of the intermediate product other than the excess thickness portion until the excess thickness portion projects in a direction opposite to the protrusion direction thereof, whereby the intermediate product is formed into a predetermined shape.

Press-formed product
A press-formed product includes a body having a transverse cross section including a bottom portion and a shoulder portion contiguous to the bottom portion through an R end. In the transverse cross section, a first region from the R end to a position a distance away in a bottom portion extending direction, and a second region which is part of the bottom portion and is contiguous to the first region have a work-hardening distribution introduced by press-forming. The work-hardening distribution has an average hardness Hv1 of an area of the first region from a steel sheet surface to a depth obtained by multiplying a steel sheet thickness by 0.2 and an average hardness Hv2 of an area of the second region from the steel sheet surface to a position obtained by multiplying the steel sheet thickness by 0.2 to satisfy a relationship of Hv1>1.05×Hv2.
