Rotary valve system
The disclosed and claimed compressed gas system provides for the use of a rotary valve assembly in association with a cupper. A compressed gas system that utilizes a rotary valve assembly uses less gas than a constant flow compressed gas system and is quieter than a compressed gas system that uses valves. The rotary valve is a disk-like body having an opening therethrough. The rotary valve body is disposed within a housing assembly wherein gas may only flow through the housing when the rotary valve body is properly aligned with a space on one side of the rotary valve body.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING PRODUCTS IN DIE
The present invention discloses a method for assembling products in a die by the aid of a device for assembling products in a die. The device for assembling products in the die comprises a pushing portion and an assembling portion. The pushing portion comprises a pushing block (11), a pushing spring (10) and a pushing wedge (9), wherein the pushing block (11) is connected with the pushing spring (10), and the pushing wedge (9) is arranged above the pushing block (11) and is in wedge-shaped connection with the pushing block (11). The assembling portion comprises an assembling wedge (6), a transmission wedge (4) and an assembling male die (5), wherein the transmission wedge (4) is in wedge-shaped connection with the assembling male die (5), and the transmission wedge (4) and the assembling male die (5) are arranged in a lower base (2).

Punching tool for mobile use
A punching tool that is capable of being used and modified independently of the shape of an opening to be punched, and is capable of being used for all round, angular and/or special-shaped tool contours. The punching tool generally comprises a cylinder with a fastener and a die having a lead-through for the fastener and a cavity with a stamp that is configured to connect to the fastener such that a spacer bushing is held to the cylinder.
PRESS SYSTEM AND TRANSFER DEVICE
To provide a press system enabling to take out a workpiece from below a die and achieve miniaturization and simplification of a device. The press system includes: a plurality of press working units each including a die 71 and a punch; and a transfer device 76 that transfers a workpiece processed in one press working unit to the next press working unit. The transfer device 76 includes: a plurality of transfer fingers 77 that clamp the workpiece from both sides in a direction perpendicular to a transfer direction of the workpiece; slide bars (78A, 78B) on which the plurality of transfer fingers 77 are disposed; a drive unit that drives the slide bars (78A, 78B) to reciprocate; stays 80 extending from the slide bars (78A, 78B) toward an underside of a specific die 71A; and an under-die removal finger 81 disposed on the stays 80, the under-die removal finger 81 clamping the workpiece moved to below the specific die 71A.
