LINE HANDLING SYSTEM FOR A TUGBOAT
Disclosed is a line handling system 10 for a tugboat 1. The line handling system 10 comprises an actuatable coupling mechanism 200 for coupling together a line 13 of the tugboat 1 and a line 20 of the marine vessel 2 by applying a connector 210 to the lines 13, 20 when actuated.
CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND GUIDE WIRE HAVING THE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
A connection structure includes a multi-thread coil formed by winding first metal element wires formed of a first metal and second metal element wires formed of a second metal arranged between a first metal body including the first metal and a second metal body including the second metal. The first metal body is connected to the first metal element wires of the multi-thread coil, and the second metal body is connected to the second metal element wires of the multi-thread coil. The connection structure imparts improved flexibility to the connection between the first and second metal bodies, and an appropriate connection can be provided even when the first and second metal bodies are made of dissimilar metals.
Wire Tying Tool
An apparatus for twist tying wire around intersecting rebar bars. The apparatus is configured to receive and discharge precut wire segments, form and wrap the wire around the rebar, and twist the wire securely around the rebar. The user merely positions the tool at the rebar intersection, release a wire segment into the work end of the tool, and with a single fluid motion move a slide mechanism up to bend the wire segment around the rebar and twist it about itself to tie the rebar together.
HANDHELD TOOL FOR INSTALLING WIRE ON A FENCE
A handheld tool for installing wire on a fence, the tool having a frame, a sprocket system that is situated at least partially within the frame and engaged by an actuator, a T-post alignment unit that is configured to position a vertical T-post against the tool, a clip storage magazine that is attached to a top of the frame, a tube assembly that is movably mounted within the frame, and a presenter that is configured to present clips from the magazine. The sprocket system and tube assembly are configured to cause the clip presented by the presenter to be pushed into position against the T-post and a horizontal fence wire, tension the fence wire against the T-post, lock the fence wire into position against the T-post by straddling the T-post with the clip, and wrap two ends of the clip around the fence wire to attach it to the T-post.

Installation for manufacturing bead wires for tires, comprising a crimping station provided with a subassembly for automatically preparing crimping sleeves
A crimping station comprising a crimping tool designed to crimp a sleeve around a first end portion of a thread and around a second end portion of a thread, said crimping station comprising a sleeve preparation subassembly which has a feed device that supplies a metal strip and conveys said strip as far as a shaping device designed to plastically deform said strip in order to give said strip a concave curved cross section, so as to obtain a preformed strip, and then as far as a cutting device which is designed to sever a portion of length of said preformed strip in order to obtain a sleeve preform that a loading tool places within the crimping tool.

FISHING ROD TIP
A fishing rod tip comprised of a tapered wire in a single formed assembly. The wire of the rod tip comprised of a Nickel Titanium alloy and specifically adapted to maintain its shape in extremely cold temperatures.
Fence mesh and machine for the formation thereof
Fence mesh including line wires, and stay wires extending laterally across and intersecting the line wires to form a mesh, wherein a first type of wire knot is formed by a knot wire around the line wire and stay wire at intersections of the stay wires with the line wires in a primary zone, and wherein a second type of wire knot is formed by a knot wire around the line wire and stay wire at intersections of the stay wires with the line wires in a secondary zone, characterised in that the first type of wire knot is different from the second type of wire knot; and a machine for the formation of such a mesh.
