A gap control part controls a clamping device so that mating surfaces in a die face each other across a gap, and thereby a cavity and an external part of the die communicate across the gap. A molten metal feed control part controls a molten metal feed device so as to feed molten metal into a sleeve when the gap is being maintained. An injection control part controls an injection device so as to start a forward movement of a plunger at a time when the gap is maintained and there is the molten metal in the sleeve. A clamping control part controls a clamping device so as to make the mating surfaces abut against each other to eliminate the gap after the forward movement of the plunger is started and before the molten metal reaches a molten metal surface height at which the molten metal flows into the gap.

The invention discloses a digital full-automatic die casting apparatus, comprising a longitudinal mounting plate, a mold arranged on a front surface of the longitudinal mounting plate, a mold locking device including a plurality of mold locking mechanisms surrounding the periphery of the mold, an injection device arranged on a back surface of the longitudinal mounting plate, and a PLC controller electrically connected to the mold locking device and the injection device respectively, wherein the mold locking mechanism comprises a mold locking fixed-point assembly arranged on the longitudinal mounting plate, and a hydraulic mold locking assembly connected to the mold locking fixed-point assembly; the mold locking fixed-point assembly comprises a fixed-point servo motor arranged on the longitudinal mounting plate and electrically connected to the PLC controller, a fixed-point screw connected to the mold, a nut screwed to the fixed-point screw, and a transmission structure connected between the fixed-point servo motor and the nut; and the hydraulic mold locking assembly acts on the nut. The digital full-automatic die casting apparatus provided by the invention has a high accuracy and smooth operation of each mechanism, and a high degree of automation, with high efficiency and high quality of cast products.
MOLD DEVICE
A mold device of related art has a problem that a total volume of the device becomes large. In an example aspect of the present disclosure, a mold device includes a fixed mold base for supporting a fixed mold, a mobile mold base for supporting a mobile mold, a frame to which the fixed mold base is fixed, provided to extend in a direction in which the mobile mold base is moved, and formed into a wall shape, and holding means for movably supporting the mobile mold base to the frame. The frame is provided along at least one side of the mobile mold base except an upper surface thereof with the mold device installed, and the holding means support the mobile mold base at one side of the mobile mold base.
