The present invention relates to a conjugate of a cytotoxic drug/molecule to a cell-binding molecule with a bis-linker (a dual-linker) containing a 2,3-diaminosuccinyl group. It also relates to preparation of the conjugate of a cytotoxic drug/molecule to a cell-binding molecule with the bis-linker, particularly when the drug having functional groups of amino, hydroxyl, diamino, amino-hydroxyl, dihydroxyl, carboxyl, hydrazine, aldehyde and thiol for conjugation with the bis-linker in a specific manner, as well as the therapeutic use of the conjugates.
PROTEIN FORMULATIONS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
The invention provides an aqueous formulation comprising water and a protein, and methods of making the same. The aqueous formulation of the invention may be a high protein formulation and/or may have low levels of conductity resulting from the low levels of ionic excipients. Also included in the invention are formulations comprising water and proteins having low osmolality.

Periodontic treatment and method
Dental treatments and methods, including treating gum disease, using peroxide gel and a viscous antibacterial agent including tetracycline to chemically debride and curettage a treatment area. Treatments and methods include non-surgically scaling and root plaining the treatment area with dental tools such as periodontal scalers and/or curettes during the active period of the chemical debridement. The working surfaces of dental tools can be sharpened for optimal root and tooth surfacing during treatment. Treatment can include instructions for co-therapy by or on behalf of treatment subjects between visits and for maintenance care.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF TREATING OR PREVENTING RESPIRATORY FAILURE WITH AEROSOLIZED COLLAGENASE
Methods for treating and/or alleviating acute respiratory distress syndrome in a patient diagnosed with or at risk of developing acute respiratory distress syndrome are disclosed. The methods comprise administering a therapeutically effective amount of an aerosolized collagenase to the patient, wherein the collagenase breaks down scar tissue in the lung, thereby treating the ARDS, or delaying or preventing onset of ARDS.
Methods for photodynamic therapy
A method of enhancing penetration of a topical composition of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) into tissue for photodynamic therapy includes topically applying ALA to a treatment area to be treated with photodynamic therapy. The method further includes, after the ALA is applied to the treatment area, covering the treatment area with a low density polyethylene barrier. The treatment area is covered with the low density polyethylene barrier prior to light treatment to minimize transepidermal water loss from the treatment area.
