An edge of a cutout part formed in the second turret is a straight line in a direction crossing each side of a regular dodecagon centered at a turning center of the second turret, as seen in a Z axis direction, and each tool attachment part is disposed according to each side left in the regular dodecagon cut off by the cutout part.
Machine tool
The present invention relates to a machine tool including a ram spindle and a tool holder, and provides a machine tool comprising: a tool holder including at least two inserts; and a ram spindle capable of fixing the tool holder in a clamped state or rotating the tool holder in order to change the position of the insert, such that the position of the insert can be quickly changed, thereby enabling an improvement in productivity and precision and a reduction in product costs.
TOOL ATTACHMENT/DETACHMENT DEVICE AND MACHINE TOOL
This invention provides a machine tool capable of easily and quickly attaching/detaching a tool holder while reliably holding the tool holder, including at least two clamp holes (211) that receive pins (203) extending through at least two through holes (202) provided in a tool holder (134), at least two tubular clamp sleeves (302) fitted in the at least two clamp holes (211), respectively, and each including a flexible trunk portion (321), a fluid encapsulating chamber that encapsulates a fluid, a channel extended from the fluid encapsulating chamber to an outer peripheral surface of the flexible trunk portion, and a pressure adjusting portion that adjusts a pressure of the fluid in the fluid encapsulating chamber, wherein a clamp fastening force is made to act on the pins (203) in synchronism with an increase or a decrease in the fluid pressure in the fluid encapsulating chamber.
TURRET DEVICE
An outer cylinder unit (20) of a turret device (1) has a cylindrical housing space (24) in a front side thereof and has a coolant discharge flow path (22) opened as a connection port (22a) in an inner peripheral surface (24a) of the housing space (24), and the connection port (22a) is formed at a predetermined pitch interval in a circumferential direction. A coolant supply mechanism (25) arranged on an end of a shaft unit (10) is disposed in the housing space (24) and an opening of the outer cylinder unit (20) is closed by a lid (39). The coolant supply mechanism (25) includes a reciprocating rod (30) advancing and retracting with respect to the inner peripheral surface (24a) of the housing space (24) and a shaft receiving unit (26) supporting the reciprocating rod (30). The reciprocating rod (30) has a supply hole (34, 53) opened in a distal end thereof and has an annular elastic body (50) arranged to surround the opening of the supply hole (34, 53). When the reciprocating rod (30) advances, the elastic body (50) comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface (24a) of the housing space (24) to surround the connection port (22a) in the inner peripheral surface (24a).
VERTICAL LATHE
A vertical lathe, including: a headstock provided on the upper side of a base so as to be capable of moving in the lateral direction and the vertical direction; a main spindle rotatably supported by the headstock; a workpiece chuck provided at the lower end section of the main spindle; a turret support stand provided so as to be capable of moving in the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the lateral direction and the vertical direction; an actuator for moving the turret support stand in the longitudinal direction; a turret having tool mounting parts provided at a plurality of circumferential positions, the turret being supported by the turret support stand so as to enable turn-indexing about the axis in the longitudinal direction; and a plurality of processing tools attached at each of the tool mounting parts so as to be set apart from each other in the longitudinal direction.
TOOL HOLDER INTERFACE OF A MACHINE TOOL, TOOL TURRET AND TOOL HOLDER FOR LIVE TOOLS
A tool turret includes a turret body having at least one connecting slot for replaceably mounting a tool holder to the turret and a transmission shaft arranged at the connecting slot.
