Electric Power Tool
An electric power tool includes a drive device for providing a driving force, a rotation wheel that has a central axis and is driven by the drive device to rotate around the central axis, a spindle that supports a tool holder configured to hold a tool of the electric power tool, a first intermediate member, a second intermediate member, and a counterweight device. The first intermediate member is offset from the central axis of the rotation wheel, and revolves around the central axis when driven by the rotating rotation wheel, while driving the spindle to reciprocate in a first direction. The second intermediate member is driven by the first intermediate member to rotate around the central axis and is disposed to be offset from the central axis of the rotation wheel on the side opposite the first intermediate member. The counterweight device is driven by the second intermediate member.
Articulating jig saw
A power tool includes a motor housing having a motor configured to rotate an output shaft about a drive axis and a gear housing defining a gear compartment. A pinion gear is supported by the gear housing that is coupled to the output shaft for rotation about the drive axis. A bevel gear is supported by the gear housing for rotation about a bevel axis and includes a geared portion that is meshingly engaged with the pinion gear. A crank pin extends from the same side of the bevel gear as the geared portion at a position offset from the bevel axis. An articulating housing is pivotably supported by the gear housing for pivotal movement about the bevel axis. A plunger member is supported by the articulating housing for reciprocating movement along a reciprocating axis. The plunger member includes a yoke end portion coupled to the crank pin.

RECIPROCATING SAW
A reciprocating saw includes a housing, a motor, a drive mechanism, and a support assembly. The drive mechanism includes a driven gear, a connecting rod, and a spindle. A first end of the connecting rod is moveably coupled to the spindle by a roller pin. Rotary motion of the motor is translated into linear reciprocating motion of the spindle by the driven gear and the connecting rod. The support assembly rotationally supports the roller pin and includes a housing which defines a slot. A first bearing is positioned within the slot at a first end of the roller pin, and a second bearing is positioned within the slot at a second end of the roller pin. At least one of the first end and the second end of the roller pin extends completely though the first bearing and the second bearing, respectively.
Reciprocating tool with linear ball rails
In accordance with one embodiment, a reciprocating saw includes a housing, a spindle shaft configured to reciprocate within the housing, the spindle shaft including a plurality of first grooves extending along an axis of the spindle shaft, a locking bushing including an internal bore, the locking bushing supported by the housing such that the plurality of first grooves is at least partially located within the internal bore, the locking bushing including a plurality of axially extending grooves within the internal bore, each of the plurality of axially extending grooves aligned with a respective one of the plurality of first grooves, and a plurality of first ball bearings, each of the plurality of first ball bearings positioned at least partially within a respective one of the plurality of axially extending grooves and the aligned respective one of the plurality of first grooves.
POWER TOOLS WITH INTEGRATED CIRCUIT BOARDS
A power tool which contains a casing, a brushless motor (22) mounted inside the casing, a user actuated switch (38) mounted on the casing, and a circuit board (32) mounted inside the casing. The brushless motor (22) is adapted to drive one or more movable parts in the power tool. The circuit board (32) is mechanically connected to the brushless motor (22) and the switch (38) at the same time. As only a single, integrated circuit board (32) is configured in the power tool, the manufacturing cost is reduced and greater reliance and electrical safety can be achieved.
Power Tool
The invention provides a power tool, including: a motor; an output shaft for mounting a work head, wherein a plane passing through an axis of the motor and an axis of the output shaft is defined as a reference plane; and a housing, including an inner housing and an outer housing, wherein the inner housing and the outer housing are spaced, and the motor is at least partially accommodated in the inner housing; a limiting mechanism and a vibration reduction mechanism disposed between the outer housing and the inner housing, and wherein the vibration reduction mechanism acts in a direction perpendicular to the reference plane, the limiting mechanism is used for limiting the outer housing to move relative to the inner housing in the reference plane or a plane parallel to the reference plane, and the limiting mechanism and the vibration reduction mechanism are respectively independent.
RECIPROCATING TOOL
A reciprocating tool includes a motor, a reciprocating member, and a crank mechanism. The motor is disposed in a housing. The reciprocating member projects from the housing. The crank mechanism converts rotation of a rotation shaft of the motor into reciprocation of the reciprocating member. The crank mechanism rotates around an axis in a lateral direction by rotation transmission from the rotation shaft, and the crank mechanism includes a crank member having an eccentric pin, a connecting rod coupling the eccentric pin to the reciprocating member, and a balancer coupled to the eccentric pin, and the balancer is supported by the eccentric pin alone in the housing.
