Cutting Tooth System for a Disk-Saw Felling Head
A cutting tooth system for a disk of a disk-saw felling head. The disk defines a receiving portion and an axis of rotation. The cutting tooth system comprises at least one cutting tooth. The cutting tooth comprises a first portion defining a first protrusion and a second protrusion. The first portion is configured to be received in the receiving portion for rotation with the disk. A second portion defines a chip removal path and a cutting edge adjacent the chip removal path. A first retaining device is configured to couple to the disk to secure the first protrusion in the receiving portion. A second retaining device is configured to couple to the disk to secure the second protrusion in the receiving portion.

A tool device for a hand-held power tool, which can be operated such that the tool device is rotated about an output shaft of a tool-holding device, has at least one connecting device, which is detachably connected to an output shaft of the power tool. The connecting device is fastened to the tool-holding device so that a drive axis of the output shaft and a tool axis of rotation substantially coincide. The connecting device has a cut-out and at least one clamping wing, which at least partly bounds the cut-out in the radial direction of the tool axis of rotation and which is bounded substantially in the direction radial to the tool axis of rotation by a first bounding edge, which lies on a first bounding circle around the tool axis of rotation. The clamping wing extends at least substantially along a plane orthogonal to the tool axis of rotation.

A ring saw blade includes a flat annular support which has a side face and an outer circumference. One or more cutting elements are disposed along the outer circumference. An annular groove is recessed into the side face and has a radially inner flank and a radially outer flank. The radially inner flank is conical and a first cone describing the radially inner flank has a half opening angle of between 10 degrees and 30 degrees.

The method comprising the steps of cutting a micro trench in the area through the first layer into the second layer, placing at least one duct/communication cable in the micro trench so that that duct/communication cable is placed below the first layer, and filling the micro trench so as to restore the road surface.

An inline edge-sealing apparatus and method for sealing the kerf surfaces of cut cellular PVC board includes a rotary saw with either a tandem sealing disc or with an integral elevated sealing surface that is dimensioned to provide precise interference with kerf surfaces for friction and heat to melt and seal the surfaces in an aesthetically desirable manner. A kerf splitter, such as a kerf splitting pin, rod or riving knife, may be provided following a saw blade with integral kerf-engaging surface to avoid disruption of the sealed surface when cut boards exit the saw blade teeth.
