A pneumatic valve assembly with a trigger for switching the pneumatic valve assembly between two or more valve operation modes is disclosed herein. The valve operational modes are determined by selection of fluid conduits by a trigger valve assembly of the pneumatic valve assembly which interconnects fluid conduits to a main valve, pilot valves and a pneumatic cylinder of a fluid powered pole saw and wherein a piston located in the pneumatic cylinder is mechanically coupled to a cutting blade of the pole saw and the trigger is operatively coupled to the trigger valve assembly, wherein the pneumatic valve assembly is axially aligned with pneumatic cylinder.

ASSEMBLY OF SAW HANDLE AND SAW MEMBER

An assembly of saw handle and saw member is provided. An end portion of the saw member is inserted into an inserting groove of the saw handle. The saw handle has stopping bars at an inserting portion and a swing arm. The end portion defines an opened hole and a closed hole. When the swing arm is moved to an eject position and not received in a receiving space of a guard portion of the saw handle, the saw member is not blocked by the swing arm and is allowed to be inserted into the inserting groove. After the saw member is inserted into the inserting groove and the swing arm is moved to a fix position, the stopping bars are respectively located in the opened hole and the closed hole, so that the saw member can be assembled with the saw handle in a convenient and rapid manner.

A blade for a reciprocating saw includes: an elongated body having one end that is detachably attachable to the reciprocating saw; and at least one hard tip having a greater hardness than the body and being bonded to the body. The body includes a cutting edge part having a plurality of teeth arranged along the length direction and a back part extending along the length direction on the side opposite to the cutting edge part in a width direction. The cutting edge part includes at least one curved part. The curved part(s) is (are each) configured so that a cutting edge line, which is a line connecting the tips of a plurality of teeth disposed along the curved part(s), curves in a concave manner toward the back part. The at least one hard tip is bonded to at least one of the plurality of teeth.

RECIPROCATING SAW BLADE

A reciprocating saw blade for use with a reciprocating saw, the saw blade including a body including a first substantially planar surface and a second substantially planar surface opposite the first surface, an attachment portion for coupling the saw blade to the reciprocating saw, a cutting edge including a plurality of cutting teeth, and a rib element including a pair of outermost rib members. One of the outermost rib members is proximate the cutting edge and the other of the outermost rib members is proximate a back edge of the blade opposite the cutting edge. Each outermost rib member includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portions of each of the ribs are substantially parallel to one another.

Saw blade including a cutting tooth with a protrusion

A saw blade includes a cutting portion having consecutive first, second, and third cutting teeth. Each cutting tooth includes a rake surface, a relief surface, and a tip. The first cutting tooth includes a protrusion extending from the relief surface of the first cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first gullet positioned between the first cutting tooth and the second cutting tooth and a second gullet sized differently than the first gullet positioned between the second cutting tooth and the third cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first pitch extending over the first gullet from the tip of the first cutting tooth to the tip of the second cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a second pitch different than the first pitch extending over the second gullet from the tip of the second cutting tooth to the tip of the third cutting tooth.

Saw blade

A saw blade includes an elongated blade body having a first end portion, a second end portion, and a cutting edge portion. An exposed first tool holder portion is coupled to the first end portion and is configured to removably mount the blade body in a blade holder of a powered saw. An unexposed second tool holder portion is defined by a first score in the blade body between the first end portion and the second end portion. The first score is configured so that the second tool holder portion can be exposed by breaking off a first removable portion of the blade body at the first score. The second tool holder portion is configured to removably mount the blade body in a blade holder of a powered saw when the second tool holder portion is exposed.

Blade clamp for reciprocating saw
