LASER PROCESSING SYSTEM AND LASER PROCESSING METHOD
20220184745 · 2022-06-16 ·

A laser processing system and a laser processing method that reduce irregularities on a cutting surface caused by a variation in a heat affected zone or a difference in the heat affected zone due to processing by a laser beam. The laser processing system is provided with: a laser processing device that scans a composite material containing reinforced fibers and a resin with a laser beam to process the composite material; and a control device that controls the laser processing device. The control device calculates a scanning angle formed by a fiber direction that is a direction of the reinforced fibers and a scanning direction that is a direction in which the laser beam is caused to scan, calculates a scanning condition of the laser beam on the basis of the calculated scanning angle, and controls scanning of the laser beam on the basis of the calculated scanning condition.

A cutting apparatus comprising a cutting table and a first cutting material belt movably supported about the cutting table about a first roller and a second roller. A second cutting material belt is removably supported above the first cutting material belt about the first roller and a third roller, wherein the second roller is intermediate the first roller and the second roller.

Fabric Response Characteristic Function for Laser Finishing

Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. A technique includes determining a fabric's response to a laser, capturing an initial image of a wear pattern on a garment, and processing the initial image to obtain a working image in grayscale. The working image is further processed to obtain a difference image by comparing each pixel relative to a dark reference. The difference image is converted to a laser values image by using the previously determined fabric response to the laser.

Adjustable disposable face mask

An adjustable protective face covering having a first end having one or more openings spaced apart there along and a second opposing end having one or more openings spaced apart there along. A length extends therebetween for covering a mouth and nose of a wearer, and the face covering is a single use face covering that is a constructed from a unitary sheet comprised of surgical wrap, polypropylene, Spunbond Meltblown Spunbond (SMS), or cotton. The single component mask can be cut from sheets of substrate using various techniques including laser cutting, die cutting, or other machinery typically of use in clothing manufacture.

DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR THE LASER TREATMENT OF TROUSERS, COMPRISING TWO MANNEQUINS

A device for the laser treatment of trousers, including a laser beam generating equipment suitable for emitting the laser beam in any direction within an emission pyramid with an emission axis and two opening angles, and a work station with two mannequins, where each mannequin includes two legs. Each leg defines a longitudinal axis, and the two longitudinal axes of each mannequin define a mannequin plane. Each of the mannequins is oriented towards the equipment so that the emission axis strikes the mannequin plane at an angle of less than 90° and each mannequin has at least one of its legs within the pyramid.

Allograft optimization system

An allograft optimization system utilizes an optical system to determine the outer perimeter of a tissue blank for allograft cutting therefrom. The optical system determines an optimal allograft array pattern that can be derived from the irregular tissue blank and may include a plurality of various allograft shapes and sizes. A computer operates an allograft optimization computer program that receives input regarding the outer perimeter of the tissue blank. A cutting implement, such as a laser, is configured to cut the allografts from the irregularly shaped tissue blank according the allograft array pattern. The cutting implement is automatically actuated by an actuator with respect to the tissue blank to cut the allografts therefrom. The cutting implement may be a laser or a galvo laser that is directed by one or more mirrors. The tissue may be birth tissue including placental tissue and amnion.
