Systems, apparatus, and methods of manufacturing an article using electroadhesion technology, either as a sole modality of handling such materials or in concert with at least one mechanically actuated modality for the pick-up and release of materials, respectively.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR COMBINED NEGATIVE PRESSURE AND ELECTROADHESION-BASED MANIPULATION IN MANUFACTURING
Systems, apparatus, and methods of manufacturing an article using electroadhesion technology, either as a sole modality of handling such materials or in concert with vacuum for the pick up and release of materials, respectively.
ASSEMBLY MECHANISM, MANIPULATOR, AND FASTENER ASSEMBLY LINE
An assembly mechanism includes an actuator, a first drive unit, and a first detector. The first drive unit is connected to the actuator, and the first drive unit is used for driving the actuator to move in a first direction, so that the actuator assembles a fastener. The first detector is used for obtaining a magnitude of a pressure acting on the fastener by the actuator and generating a pressure signal, and the first drive unit responds to the pressure signal to control the magnitude of the pressure acting on the fastener by the actuator within a preset range.
Automatic locking device and assembling apparatus therewith
An automatic locking device for assembling a part to a workpiece is provided. The device includes a feeding mechanism, a fixture mechanism, a loading and unloading mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, and a locking mechanism. The feeding mechanism feeds the part to the fixture mechanism. The loading and unloading mechanism places the workpiece on the part. The lifting mechanism lifts up the fixture mechanism together with the part and the workpiece. The rotating mechanism rotates the fixture mechanism. The locking mechanism locks the part to the workpiece after the part and the workpiece are rotated by the rotating mechanism. The automatic locking device integrates multiple functions in a single station, reduces the number of the work stations and operatives, lowers the cost, and improves accuracy of the assembly. An assembling apparatus including the automatic locking device is also provided.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING HEAT EXCHANGER
A method and device for processing a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger processing device comprises: a first assembly for placing a flat tube group, wherein the first assembly comprises a limiting portion, and the limiting portion is used for limiting the flat tube group in the first direction; and a second assembly, wherein a height direction of the first assembly is defined as a second direction, at least part of the second assembly is located above the first assembly in the second direction, and the second assembly comprises a clamping member, the clamping member for clamping a fin group; and a press-fitting member connected to the clamping member, and the press-fitting member being movable in the second direction so as to press-fit the fin group onto the flat tube group in the second direction.
ROBOT SYSTEM
A robot includes a gripping section adapted to grip an object by open and close a pair of finger sections, a moving device adapted to relatively move the object and the gripping section, and a control device adapted to control the moving device to move the gripping section relatively toward the object, and dispose the pair of finger sections in a periphery of the object, and then control the gripping section to open and close the pair of finger sections in a plane parallel to a mounting surface on which the object is mounted, pinch the object between the pair of finger sections from a lateral side of the object, and grip the object with the gripping section at at least three contact points.
Device and method for replacing machining inserts
The invention relates to a replacement device (1) for replacing machining inserts (900) on a tool (800) comprising a body (810) and a head (820) carrying at least one machining insert (900), each insert being held on the head (820) by a screw. The device (1) comprises: a positioner (50) including a holder element (59) suitable for holding the body (810) of the tool; a screwdriver station with a screw gun (60) suitable for tightening and loosening the screws, the positioner (50) being suitable for moving the tool relative to the screwdriver station; a grip device (70) suitable for picking up and putting down an insert (900); a conveyor (500) having a plurality of receptacles (510) for inserts, and having distributed along it a first station (100) with the grip device (70), a second station (200) with a turning mechanism (20) for turning the inserts around, a third station (300) with an unloading mechanism (30) for unloading the inserts, and a fourth station (400) with an insert feed mechanism (40); a transport mechanism (80) suitable for moving the grip device (70) between the positioner (50) and the first station (100) of the conveyor (500); and a control center (600) suitable for automatically controlling one or more of the mechanisms and devices and/or the conveyor of the replacement device (1).
VISUAL SENSOR ABNORMALITY CAUSE ESTIMATION SYSTEM
A camera abnormality cause estimation system for estimating the causes of abnormalities in a camera in a production system in which the camera controls a robot. The production system includes a robot, a camera that detects visual information of the robot or the surrounding thereof, and a controller that controls the robot based on an image signal obtained by the camera. The camera abnormality cause estimation system estimates the causes of abnormalities in the camera and includes an environment information acquisition unit that acquires environment information of the camera, and an abnormality cause estimation unit that estimates a probability that each of a plurality of predetermined abnormality cause items is the cause of an abnormality in the camera for the respective abnormality cause items using the environment information acquired by the environment information acquisition means and displays the estimated probability on a display unit for the respective abnormality cause items.
SYSTEMS FOR REMOVING ITEMS FROM A CONTAINER
An example system includes a moveable arm, a pick tool connected to the arm, and a controller. The pick tool includes a first finger, a second finger disposed opposite the first finger, a first handler disposed at a first end of the first finger, and a second handler disposed at a first end of the second finger. Rotation of the first and second handlers while first and second forces are applied to an item by the first and second handlers, respectively, causes movement of the item.
Device And Method For Positioning Connection Elements
The invention relates to an apparatus comprising an advancing device and a blocking device (4), having a lever (40) that is adjustable between a blocking position and a releasing position, and to a method for positioning connecting elements, wherein a connecting element (2) is transferable by means of the advancing device (3) from a receiving region (I) into a delivery region (II) for a joining device, wherein the at least one lever (40) prevents any movement of the connecting element (2) from the receiving region (I) into the delivery region (II) in the blocking position and enables same in the releasing position, and wherein, by means of an end stop, any movement of the lever (40) from the blocking position into the releasing position is preventable. The at least one lever (40) is designed as a two-sided lever (40) having a first arm (41) and a second arm (42), wherein a first arm (41) of the at least one lever (40) interacts with the at least one end stop in order to prevent any movement of the at least one lever (40) from the blocking position into the releasing position, and a second arm (42) of the at least one lever (40) acts, in the blocking position, as a retaining jaw for the connecting element (2). The invention also relates to an apparatus for setting connecting elements.
