BRIDGE FOR LASER CUTTING MACHINES
The invention relates to a bridge (B) for laser cutting machines. In the latter, a laser cutting head (K) is guided over a workpiece support (W) by means of a guide system. The bridge (B) is configured in the form of a substantially straight and box-like profile (1) which has at least one guide for a cutting carriage carrying the laser cutting head (K). According to the invention, at least two side faces (10, 11) of the profile (1) that are located opposite one another with regard to the vertical plane of symmetry (VSE) of the bridge enclose a non-zero angle (a) of less than 180° that opens in the direction of the machining region, at least over a part of the height of said profile (1).
Machine tool
A machine tool capable of reducing the time required to transfer a workpiece includes a spindle chuck provided to a spindle that rotates about an axis, and capable of holding a workpiece to be worked on, a temporary placement chuck capable of holding a workpiece, a tool post driver to move the temporary placement chuck relatively to a facing position in which the spindle-side workpiece holder and the workpiece holder for temporary placement are able to transfer or receive a workpiece to or from each other, and to a separated position in which the spindle-side workpiece holder and the workpiece holder for temporary placement are able to transfer or receive a workpiece individually, and a loader including a spindle-corresponding workpiece holder and a temporary placement-corresponding workpiece holder disposed to face the spindle chuck and the temporary placement chuck in the separated position, respectively.
MACHINE TOOL SYSTEM
A machine tool system includes a machine tool including a processor to process a workpiece with a tool, and a bed on which the processor is mounted, a transport apparatus including two, left and right, legs spaced apart from the bed to transport the workpiece and feed the workpiece to the processor or discharge the workpiece from the processor, and a plate that connects the bed to the legs and is elastically deformable. The plate is upright such that a plate surface is aligned with a front-rear direction, and a connection portion of the plate that connects with the bed and a connection portion of the plate that connects with the legs are displaced in a front-back direction.
Desktop milling machine with ovate-shaped bridge
The desktop milling machine with an ovate-shaped bridge is a desktop milling machine of the computer numerical control (CNC) type having a portion of the bridge or frame structure configured to alleviate bridge deflections and deformations that are caused during the high-speed milling processes. Preferably, the bridge has an ovate arch, or has a rear face having an ovate contour.
MACHINE TOOL
The machine tool includes a coolant tank provided in front of a bed in a machine front direction, a wire/pipe housing box provided at a first position in front of the coolant tank in the machine front direction, and a support arm capable of supporting the wire/pipe housing box retracted from the first position to a second position higher than the coolant tank.
MACHINE TOOL HAVING A GANTRY
A machine tool comprises a frame, which carries a fixed gantry for supporting at least one tool spindle. The gantry comprises a gantry recess, through which a working space is accessible. The one or more tool spindles on the gantry can each be moved vertically in a first direction and in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The machine tool further comprises a workpiece table with at least one location for supporting workpieces. The workpiece table is movable in translation in a third direction Y orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction. At least one tool magazine is associated with the at least one tool spindle tool spindle. Tools for tool changing can be fed through at least one magazine opening in the gantry. Tool changing between the one or more tool spindles and the at least one tool magazine takes place in a pick-up process.
Modular frame structure for machining center
A modular frame structure for a machining center which includes at least one modular unit having a first and a second individual module. Each individual module includes two mutually parallel vertical columns, each one extending parallel to a vertical direction; a pair of first horizontal cross-members, each one extending parallel to a first horizontal direction, each horizontal cross-member of the pair of first cross-members being joined to both columns. The modular unit further includes two pairs of second horizontal cross-members, each horizontal cross-member parallel to a second horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction.
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A manufacturing system including a base and multiple work machine modules that are arranged in an arrangement direction on base to be attachable to and detachable from base, in which one wheel of a pair provided on work machine module is engaged with one rail of a pair provided on base in a state in which positional deviation in the arrangement direction is prohibited, and the other wheel of the pair is engaged with the other rail of the pair in a state in which positional deviation is permitted in the arrangement direction, thereby the position of work machine modules on the base in the arrangement direction is specified, and work machine modules are fixed at a setting position on the base to be restricted so as to be drawn toward the base by a module fixing mechanism that is provided on the base.
Machine tool
Disclosed is a machine tool including: a base having a pair of first-axial slides facing each other at both sides of a mounting space; a saddle coupled to the first-axial slides of the base to slide in a first axis direction and having a pair of second-axial slides facing each other; a crosspiece coupled to the second-axial slides of the saddle to slide in a second axis direction and having a pair of third-axial slides facing each other; a vertical ram coupled to the third-axial slides of the crosspiece to slide in a direction perpendicular; and a table disposed in the mounting space of the base to be able to rotate relative to the base.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes a frame with two opposite frame sections, a number of leg elements arranged on the frame, and a first carriage having a first linear axis. The first carriage is guided on the two opposite sections of the frame and is displaceable in a first direction. A second carriage of a second linear axis is guided on the first carriage and is displaceable in a second direction A tower element has a third linear axis, which is retained on the second carriage. A machining element is retained on the tower element and is displaceable in a third direction, and a tool spindle is arranged on the machining element for receiving a tool.
