Movable seat and rail device with the movable seat
A movable seat and a rail device. The movable seat includes a main body; an air passage, an air sucking passage and an air intake passage formed in the main body; a sucker disposed under bottom face of the main body and an operation/control member mounted on the main body. When the operation/control member is positioned in a locking position, the air passage or the air intake passage keeps in a communication state and make the sucker a sucking force. When the operation/control member is positioned in a releasing position, the air passage or the air intake passage is blocked. By means of easy operation, the movable seat can create sucking force and locate or stop providing sucking force. One or more movable seats can be connected with multiple beams to form the rail device, which can be quickly located or moved.
MACHINE TOOL, IN PARTICULAR MULTI-SPINDLE MILLING MACHINE
A machine tool, in particular a multi-spindle and/or double-spindle milling machine, comprising a machine frame, a workpiece clamping device for clamping a workpiece, an axis slide assembly which is arranged on the machine frame and is configured to linearly move the workpiece clamped on the workpiece clamping device by way of two controllable linear axes in a Y-direction and a Z-direction, and a spindle carrier assembly, which is arranged on the machine frame and has at least two tool-carrying work spindles that can be moved independently of each other in the S1- and S2-directions which are each inclined with respect to the Y-direction and Z-direction and to one another.
Five-axis machining apparatus
Disclosed is a five axis machining apparatus. The five axis machining apparatus comprises a base member, a support member, a stationary base, a first moving plate, a second moving plate, a third moving plate, a fourth moving frame, a fifth moving frame and a controller (not shown). The five axis machining apparatus is designed to hold together A, C and X axes thereby resulting in a reduced size without compromising on rigidity that is required for processing metallic job components. The five axis machining apparatus allows independent as well as simultaneous control of X, Y, Z, A and C axes.
MACHINE TOOL AND FEED SADDLE STRUCTURE THEREOF
A machine tool and a feed saddle structure thereof are provided. The feed saddle structure includes: a fixed column having a first vertical side and a horizontal side adjacent to the first vertical side; a feed saddle having a second vertical side corresponding in position to the first vertical side of the fixed column, and a bottom portion being adjacent to the second vertical side and corresponding in position to the horizontal side of the fixed column; a first guide rail and a second guide rail disposed on the first vertical side and the horizontal side of the fixed column, respectively; and a first slider and a second slider disposed on the second vertical side and the bottom portion of the feed saddle, respectively, and engaged with the first guide rail and the second guide rail, respectively, thereby increasing the dynamic and static rigidity of the machine tool.
CNC dual-spindle transmission device
A CNC dual-spindle transmission device is installable on a CNC dual-spindle machining center to receive first and second spindles of the CNC dual-spindle machining center to mount thereto. The CNC dual-spindle machining center includes a base, a machining table movably mounted on the base, and a vertical column erected upright at a rear portion of the base. The CNC dual-spindle transmission device includes a linear rail assembly mounted to the vertical column, a first slide seat slidably mounted to the linear rail assembly and receiving the first spindle to mount thereto, a second slide seat extending across the first slide seat and slidably mounted to the linear rail assembly in a manner of being spaced from the first slide seat to receive the second spindle to mount thereto, and first and second power units mounted to the vertical column to respectively driven the first and second slide seats to move.
Table clamp device and pallet changer
A table clamp device includes a reference rail, a slider section, and a movement mechanism. The reference rail is provided on a mounting surface of a base on which a rotary table is rotatably supported. The rotary table has a first engagement part. The slider section is provided to slide along the reference rail and has a second engagement part. The movement mechanism moves the slider section along the reference rail so that the second engagement part engages with the first engagement part such that the rotary table is positioned and clamped to the base.
Machining Center having Arrangement for Absorbing Thermal Expansion
A machining center includes a rectangular base; two walls disposed on two sides of a top of the base respectively; two parallel rails disposed on a top of each wall, the rails extending in X-direction; two sliding members each slidably disposed on the rails on each wall; two parallel rail members disposed on a top of each sliding member, the rail members extending in Y-direction; a transverse beam having a first end secured to one sliding member and a second end slidably disposed on the other sliding member; and a sliding element slidably mounted on a front surface of the transverse beam. The second end of the transverse beam may move relative to one sliding member in response to heat buildup in the transverse beam.
