CUTTING DIE
In a cutting die having a cutting chip, applied to a punch press, and cutting a work in collaboration with a cutting punch, a resistance member for guiding swarf generated during cutting of the work through the cutting chip and dividing it by giving resistance to it is provided around a scrap discharge hole so that the divided swarf does not remain in the scrap discharge hole but is discharged to an outside so as to prevent clogging by scrap.
Transport device for transporting one or more handling devices
The present invention relates to a transport device (100) for transporting one or more handling devices, each for handling a pallet (300) and/or a workpiece (1) on a machine tool (1000) which is set up on a base surface for machining the workpiece (1), wherein the transport device (100) is freely movable on the base surface for positioning the one or more handling devices relative to the machine tool (1000), in particular within a region in front and/or next to the machine tool (1000) and/or in front and/or next to a working space of the machine tool (1000).
Microchip treatment device for machine tool
A flushing duct is installed on both sides of a table of the machine tool in a longitudinal direction of the table, a slope duct is inclinedly disposed below the flushing duct toward the coolant tank, each bottom surface of the flushing duct and the slope duct is formed with a V-shaped inclined surface and a streamlined bending portion to make flows of the coolant containing the microchips smooth, and a coolant supply valve is installed at a rear end of the flushing duct to facilitate flows of the coolant being discharged by supplying additional coolant. Further, a coolant tank is installed below the slope duct, a filter is installed in the coolant tank for filtering the microchips in the coolant. The coolant containing the microchips is transported through a return pump to a centrifugal separator device where the microchips contained in the coolant are centrifugally separated. A refined coolant through centrifugal separation is supplied to the machine tool, thereby preventing abnormal wear due to penetration of the microchips into rotating and sliding portions of the machine tool.
Machine tool
A work-machine splash guard for enclosing a space for machining a workpiece, and preventing the spraying of chips and machining fluid, is equipped with: a front-surface door for opening and closing in the horizontal direction via an arc-shaped movement, and positioned on the front-surface side of the work machine; a side-surface door for opening and closing by performing an arc-shaped movement that is concentric with the front-surface door, and overlapping with the front-surface door; and door-locking switches for selectively allowing the opening/closing of the front-surface door and the side-surface door according to an opening/closing pattern.
METAL CUTTING MACHINE AND MACHINING METHOD
In the machining of a stationary workpiece by means of a rotating tool head, the risk of damages to the workpiece by the chips can be minimized and the removal of the chips can be simplified if a chip collector and a stationary nozzle for fluid are respectively provided.
Improved gantry machine tool
A gantry machine tool includes a pair of vertical uprights joined atop by a transverse beam, on which a tool holder head is slidingly mounted, and a worktable for anchoring a workpiece, above which the tool holder head is movable. Each upright includes a carriage adapted to slide along a longitudinal support structure, which includes a horizontal surface coplanar to the worktable and a lateral surface embedded in the floor and having a guide system for the carriage.
CHIP COLLECTION APPARATUS
Provided is a chip collection apparatus that enables efficient chip discharge, overcomes troubles caused by chip buildup, and enables elimination of maintenance such as cleaning work. A chip collection apparatus includes a belt conveyor that transports chips to a chip discharge part, a conveyor frame designed to cause a bottom plate located below the belt conveyor to receive chips that have fallen from the belt conveyor, and a washing mechanism that ejects washing fluid for discharging chips to outside the conveyor frame. The bottom plate of the conveyor frame has such a shape in transverse cross section that the bottom plate is deeper toward the center. The washing mechanism has a bottom-plate washing nozzle that ejects the washing fluid such that chips received on the bottom plate are directed toward the chip discharge part.
Pallet supply apparatus
The present invention includes a pallet storage device (30) having holding units (31, 32, 33) holding pallets (P) and a frame (40) supporting the holding units (31, 32, 33), a conveyance device (10) having a traveling base (11) having a traveling path (11a) extending along the pallet storage device (30) and a conveyance unit (15) loading and unloading the pallets (P) into and from the holding units (31, 32, 33) and conveying the pallets (P) to and from a predetermined place, and a controller (60) controlling operation of the conveyance device (10). The frame (40) has a space capable of receiving the controller (60) therein and has a plate-shaped cover (43, 48, 51) arranged to be located above the controller (60) and inclined downward toward the traveling base (11) side. The cover (43, 48, 51) is supported by the frame (40) such that a lower end of the cover (43, 48, 51) can be flipped up, and the cover (40) is configured such that the controller (60) can pass under the cover (43, 48, 51) when the lower end of the cover (43, 48, 51) is in a flipped-up state.
WALL DEBRIS COLLECTION DEVICE
A device for collecting and maintaining debris from a wall (e.g., drywall) is described. In one example of the device of the present invention, two faces of the device each have a beveled edge, and are positioned at an obtuse angle with respect to one another. A corner apparatus may be positioned at a side edge of each face, and may permit the connection of the device to identical or similar devices. The device may be positioned on a floor adjacent to a bottom of a wall. In another example of the device of the present invention, two faces of the device each have a beveled edge, and are positioned at an acute angle with respect to one another. The device may be positioned on a wall above a floor.
Apparatus for catching debris and deflecting coolant splash for use with computer numerical controlled machines
A deflector apparatus catches debris and deflects coolant spray in a coolant collection area of machine tools having an extended drawtube or bar feed area such as CNC lathes. The deflector apparatus encloses the coolant collection area by covering the opening or access to the area with a door and attached basket. The basket extends into the coolant collection area at an incline relative to the door and interrupts coolant and debris entering the coolant collection area from the drawtube, causing the debris to collect within the basket and allowing coolant to filter through a grate positioned on a lower surface of the basket. A flange with an outer seal extends along part of the lower edge of the door to create a seal between the door and the opening to the coolant collection area. Additional features include a locking mechanism, handle, and reinforcement plate.
