A first holding device for holding a blank is provided, and the first holding device is arranged in the first chamber and is movable relative to the housing. A second holding device for holding a blank is provided, and the second holding device is arranged in the second chamber and is movable relative to the housing. A processing device is movable relative to the housing, and a blank held in the first holding device and a blank held in the second holding device can be processed by the processing device.
Machine tool with manual pulse generator
A machine tool, which has a tool magazine for storing multiple tools and is for machining a workpiece with a tool held on a main shaft by moving the main shaft relative to the workpiece, wherein the machine tool is provided with: multiple feed shafts for moving the tool relative to the workpiece; a tool magazine drive motor for driving the tool magazine; and a manual pulse generator, which is for sending a positive or negative command pulse to the multiple feed shafts or tool magazine drive motor, the manual pulse generator being provided with a selection switch for selecting one of the multiple feed shafts or the tool magazine drive motor as the destination to which the command pulse is to be sent.
Machine tool
A machine tool is provided which can execute various works while suppressing increase in cost or size. The machine tool includes a tool spindle device which is a movable member which can move with respect to a mounting surface of the machine tool, and one or more serial-manipulator-type robots attached on the tool spindle device, which can move with the tool spindle device, and which have two or more degrees of freedom, and the robot includes two or more end effectors provided at positions different from each other with one or more joints therebetween.
Wet Box Work Station
An enclosure for using a tile saw is described. The enclosure comprises a rectangular tray having a front, a rear, and two side walls and a bottom surface wherein the bottom surface is inclined from a first height adjacent to the front wall to a second height away form said front wall wherein the second height is lower with respect to top surfaces of the front, rear, and side walls than the first height wherein the tray is configured to have a tile saw used therein. Two side panels, a rear panel, and a top panel are configured to be joined together to form a waterproof box on three sides and top of the tray so that water used to cool a tile saw blade is not sprayed outside of the waterproof box.
CUTTING TOOL CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
An apparatus for containing and collecting blowback such as debris, dust, and/or fluid generated by a cutting tool is disclosed. The apparatus may provide for cleaner reused fluid to increase cutting tool operation lifetime and efficiency. The apparatus may expandable and collapsible for ease of transportation and for adaption to cutting different sized materials. The apparatus includes a pan and a frame for supporting the cutting tool during use. A plurality of extendable trays may be attached to the pan. A hood apparatus may be coupled to the frame. The hood apparatus may include a fixed shield and an extendable shield for containing the blowback. A plurality of hanging curtains may be coupled to the fixed and extendable shields to prevent blowback from escaping behind or to the side of the cutting tool. Gravity drainage in the trays and pan may remove debris and dust from the fluid.
MACHINE TOOL
According to the present invention, the operating rate of a machine tool can be increased. Solution is made by a machine tool including a processing chamber surrounded by cover walls to perform processing of a workpiece to be processed, an equerre a part of which is arranged inside the processing chamber, the equerre fixing the workpiece, an opening arranged at a part of the cover walls for access to an inside of the processing chamber, and shutter doors movable between open positions where opening of the opening is performed so that the inside of the processing chamber communicates with an outside of the processing chamber, and closed positions where closing of the opening is performed so that the inside of the processing chamber is isolated from the outside of the processing chamber.
DENTAL MACHINE TOOL
The invention relates to a dental machine tool, in particular a dental milling machine (10), having a tool (12) that is changeable in particular via a tool bank (16), and a workpiece holder (14) for receiving a workpiece such as a dental blank made of ceramic, composite or plastics material such as PMMA, and having a housing (24) which is closable during machining by the machine tool, and having a negative-pressure connection to the housing (24).
