Constant temperature water supply apparatus
A constant temperature water supply apparatus includes a temperature adjustment unit that circulates cooling water and adjusts the temperature of a spindle unit of a processing apparatus and a processing water temperature adjustment unit. The temperature adjustment unit includes a pump that sends the cooling water to the spindle unit, a cooling water cooling unit, a first pipe that connects the pump and the cooling unit, a second pipe that connects the cooling unit and the spindle unit, and a third pipe that connects the spindle unit and the pump. The processing water temperature adjustment unit includes a processing water pipe that has one end connected to a water source and supplies processing water from the other end side to a processing tool and a heat exchange unit on the processing water pipe.
REVERSIBLE FLOW EVAPORATOR SYSTEM
A reversible flow heat exchange system includes a heat exchanger system that includes a canister configured to receive a first fluid from a machine and a heat exchanger disposed within the canister. The reversible flow heat exchange system also includes a cooling system coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to circulate a second fluid between the heat exchanger system and the cooling system and a reversing valve coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to selectively direct a flow of the first fluid in a first direction through the canister and in a second direction through the canister that is opposite the first direction.
Automated interchangeable coolant distributor
A coolant distributor comprising a head having a plurality of ports, each of the ports being fluidly coupled to a flow control valve. A cap is demountably coupled to the head. The cap comprises at least one fixed nozzle fluidly coupled to at least one port. A controller is coupled to the flow control valve, wherein the controller is configured to actuate the flow control valve to pass a cooling fluid through the at least one fixed nozzle to direct the cooling fluid to at least one predetermined cutting region of a machine tool and work piece proximate the coolant distributor.
REGENERATION DEVICE FOR REGENERATING A COOLANT DISPERSION
A regeneration device for regenerating a coolant dispersion with phase change material includes: a redispersion unit for redispersing the coolant dispersion, the redispersion unit including a restrictor; and a recooling unit that enables freezing of a phase change material by dissipating heat stored in the coolant dispersion. The recooling unit is arranged so that dissipated heat is at least partially recuperated in order to heat up the coolant dispersion to an inlet temperature.

Machine tools and methods of operation thereof
A fluid temperature control assembly in combination with a machine tool, and a method of adjusting the temperature of a fluid being supplied to a machine tool. The assembly is arranged to adjust the temperature of a fluid being supplied to the machine tool to maintain the fluid at a setpoint temperature at a location downstream of the assembly. The assembly comprises a radio frequency (RF) or microwave energy source to supply energy to the fluid as it passes through the assembly to heat the fluid, a temperature sensing arrangement for outputting a temperature signal responsive to the temperature of the fluid at the downstream location, and a control arrangement configured to receive the temperature signal and control the energy source with reference to the temperature signal to heat the fluid so as to maintain the fluid at the setpoint temperature at the downstream location.
CUTTING FLUID SUPPLYING DEVICE FOR MACHINE TOOL
A cutting fluid supplying device for a machine tool includes a machine tool having a structure body including a bed, a column disposed on the bed, and a spindle head disposed to the column and at least one of the ejection ports for ejecting a cutting fluid. The cutting fluid supplying device for a machine tool further includes a storage tank for storing the cutting fluid to be supplied to the machine tool, at least one of the cutting fluid flow passages for connecting the storage tank and the at least one of the ejection ports, and at least one of the pumps for applying pressure to the cutting fluid to supply the cutting fluid stored in the storage tank to the at least one of the cutting fluid flow passages. The at least one of the cutting fluid flow passages is disposed to penetrate through or disposed on an outer surface of the structure body so as to allow heat exchange between the cutting fluid and the structure body.

A coolant distributor comprising a head having a plurality of ports, each of the ports being fluidly coupled to a flow control valve. A cap is demountably coupled to the head. The cap comprises at least one fixed nozzle fluidly coupled to at least one port. A controller is coupled to the flow control valve, wherein the controller is configured to actuate the flow control valve to pass a cooling fluid through the at least one fixed nozzle to direct the cooling fluid to at least one predetermined cutting region of a machine tool and work piece proximate the coolant distributor.
Machine tool
A machine tool includes a thermoacoustic apparatus and a fluid supply apparatus, utilizes exhaust heat from a constituent apparatus of the machine tool to cool a heat exchanger included in the thermoacoustic apparatus due to a thermoacoustic effect. Thus, a cooling fluid is cooled which is used to cool a bearing and a machining point.
PROCESSING MACHINE AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR OBJECT SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
In a processing machine, a machine body drives at least one of a workpiece and a tool to process the workpiece by the tool. A processing chamber isolates the workpiece, the tool, and a nozzle from at least part of the machine body while housing the workpiece, the tool, and the nozzle. An internal temperature sensor measures a temperature of an atmosphere in the processing chamber. An external temperature sensor measures a temperature of an atmosphere around the processing machine. A temperature adjustment part raises a temperature of the processing fluid to be supplied to the nozzle when a measured temperature of the internal temperature sensor is lower than a measured temperature of the external temperature sensor, and/or the temperature adjustment part lowers the temperature of the processing fluid to be supplied to the nozzle when the measured temperature of the internal temperature sensor is higher than the measured temperature of the external temperature sensor.
