Grinding apparatus
A grinding apparatus for grinding a floor, the apparatus comprising a body having a travelling mechanism which enables the body to travel across a floor while the apparatus is grinding; a first grinding head incorporating at least one grinding tool and having an operable configuration in which the first grinding head is able to grind a first floor portion; and a second grinding head incorporating at least one grinding tool and having an operable configuration in which the second grinding head is able to grind a second floor portion; wherein the first and second grinding heads are mountable to the body whereby their positions relative to the body are able to be varied.
CONNECTION ASSEMBLY FOR A HAND-GUIDED MACHINE TOOL AND HAND-GUIDED MACHINE TOOL
A connection assembly for connecting a tool head and a further machine module of a hand-guided machine tool wherein the connection assembly includes at least two connection parts following one another along a longitudinal axis and each having a connection section via which the connection parts are connectable to one another.
POLE SANDER
A power tool is provided with a telescopic pole including a first pole configured to telescopingly move in an out of a second pole. A locking mechanism is provided including a first section configured to connect to the second pole and a second section configured to connect to the first pole. The first section includes a sheaf mountable on and surrounding at least part of the second pole, a resilient tab connected to the sheaf, and a catch formed on the tab. The catch is configured to locate within the recess of the second pole when the sheaf is mounted on the second pole.
Adapter for coupling abrasive elements to a floor finishing machine
An adapter clip to be used to mate an abrasive support plate to the drive plate of a floor finishing machine used to grind and/or polish concrete and stone flooring is designed with an internal aperture shaped to conform to and clip onto a protuberance on an upper surface of an abrasive support plate and an external shape to mate with a mounting recess formed on the machine's drive plate.
ROPE TRACTION TYPE GRINDING, CLEANING, AND COATING INTEGRATED OPERATION ROBOT
The present disclosure relates to a rope traction type grinding, cleaning, and coating integrated operation robot. The operation robot includes a hanging basket, a first traction mechanism connected to the hanging basket, a grinding mechanism arranged in front of the hanging basket, and a cleaning and spraying mechanism and a spring reaction force regulation mechanism arranged in the hanging basket. The first traction mechanism includes first ropes for connecting the hanging basket and first rope winding mechanisms. The cleaning and spraying mechanism includes a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate that are arranged in parallel in a vertical direction. A cleaning nozzle and a spraying nozzle are mounted on the first vertical plate. From the above technical solution, it can be seen that the operation robot adopts a rope traction manner, and has the advantages of large work space, low mechanism inertia, and accurate and reliable location.
CEMENT SURFACE GRINDING DEVICE
A cement surface grinding device includes a central disk which is extended upwards with a central shaft; the central disk being rotary with respect to the central shaft; at least one outer rotary disk arranged around the central disk; a bottom of the outer rotary disk being installed with a grinding sheet; and a rotary frame arranged above the central disk and the at least one outer rotary disk; the rotary frame including a connecting frame and a plurality of connecting rods; an upper side of the central shaft being connected to a central hole of a seat and the seat being connected to a lower side of the connecting frame; each outer rotary disk being formed with an outer belt wheel and the central disk being formed with a connecting element; and a belt winding around the connecting element and the outer belt wheel.
Method and apparatus for leveling and grinding surfaces
A floor leveling apparatus and method for cutting parallel grooves in a hardened body which is configured to assist in utilizing a grinder to finish surfaces in a planar manner.
Method and apparatus for leveling and grinding surfaces
A floor leveling apparatus and method for cutting parallel grooves in a hardened body which is configured to assist in utilizing a grinder to finish surfaces in a planar manner.
Systems and Methods for Grinding
Systems and methods for grinding are provided. In one embodiment, systems and methods for grinding are provided having a floating or self-adjusting dust collector or means. This allows the dust collector or guard to adjust its position relative its support member to allow for uninterrupted grinding operations as the grinding element(s) wear away. Biasing and guiding assemblies or means are provided that allow the dust collector/guard to be guided closer to its support structure to compensate for the grinding elements become smaller as they wear away during the grinding operation.
Concrete surface polishing trowel and conversion adaptor
An adaptor assembly for concrete finishing trowels that enables efficient polishing of concrete surfaces, and trowels equipped with said adaptors. A large, rigid, circular adaptor disk supports a plurality of spaced-apart polishing rotors that project into contact with the concrete surface being treated. Each polishing head is rotatably secured to the adaptor disk with a spindle assembly including suitable alignment bearings. The spindle assembly secures a rigid header beneath the adaptor disk that sandwiches a resilient, annular coupler between itself and a rigid driver plate beneath the coupler. Bosses on the coupler insure spacing and enable proper flexure. The driver plate removably mounts a resilient finishing ring, that supports a plurality of radially spaced apart, downwardly projecting, diamond-equipped pucks that frictionally bear against the concrete surface for abrading and polishing.
