Liquid dressing for promoting wound healing

The present disclosure specifically relates to a liquid dressing for promoting wound healing. The liquid dressing comprises components of, in percentage by weight: 1% to 2% of monomeric silicic acid and 98% to 99% of distilled water. The liquid dressing also comprises aloe, vitamin C, fish oil, and curcumin. The components comprise, in percentage by weight: 1% to 2% of monomeric silicic acid, 3% to 5% of aloe, 5% to 7% of vitamin C, 1% to 3% of fish oil, 1% to 2% of curcumin, and the balance being the distilled water. The liquid dressing for promoting wound healing in the present disclosure has a great promotion effect on wound healing, particularly in accelerating healing of refractory wounds caused by hyperglycemia. Moreover, the liquid dressing for promoting wound healing in the present disclosure has a certain auxiliary effect on other refractory wounds that do not heal for a long time.

The nanocomposite is in the form of nanoparticles having an average particle size of 25 nm or less.

KAOLIN-BASED HEMOSTATIC MATERIAL WITH ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FUNCTION AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of hemostatic materials, and particularly relates to a kaolin-based hemostatic material with an anti-inflammatory function and a preparation method and use thereof. The kaolin-based hemostatic material with the anti-inflammatory function in the present disclosure includes CeO.sub.2 nanoparticle-loaded kaolin. The preparation method includes: mixing kaolin, cerium chloride, sodium carbonate, and sodium chloride in a mass ratio, and ball-milling to produce a precursor; and roasting the precursor to produce the kaolin-based hemostatic material with the anti-inflammatory function. In the present disclosure, with low-cost and abundantly-available kaolinite and the conventional CeO.sub.2 as raw materials, a CeO.sub.2-loaded kaolin-based nanomaterial is prepared through mechanochemical synthesis. The prepared CeO.sub.2/K nanomaterial has synergistic anti-inflammatory and hemostatic activities.

The present invention is also directed to a novel platinum catalyst for use in such compositions. The catalyst provides for rapid curing on topical surfaces such as skin and bonds to such surfaces in about 2-5 minutes.
