Centric clamping vise
A centric clamping vise includes a base support including a longitudinal groove and two longitudinal tunnels at two sides of the groove respectively; a threaded spindle including an intermediate, ring-shaped enlargement, a right-handed-threaded section between the enlargement and a first end, and a left-handed-threaded section between the enlargement and a second end; a first jaw moveably disposed on a first end of the groove and including a threaded channel with the right-handed-threaded section disposed through; a second jaw moveably disposed on a second end of the groove and including a threaded channel with the left-handed-threaded section disposed through; an upper positioning member including two side shoulders, two threaded holes and a half-circular bottom cavity; a lower positioning member including two threaded holes and a half-circular top cavity; and two set screws each driven through the threaded holes to join the upper and lower positioning members.
STRAIGHT EDGE CLAMP
The present invention relates to a straight edge clamp that has a clamping head assembly and a stop assembly mounted upon the body of the straight edge. The head and stop are not connected together and the stop assembly is free to move with respect to the head assembly. The stop assembly has a locking assembly that allows it to be locked to the straight edge. The straight edge clamp body can include sections that are adapted to be connected together to form the overall length of the straight edge clamp.
Clamp Locking Mechanism
A clamp release mechanism is provided. The clamp includes a body, a shaft slideably coupled to the body, a fixed jaw, and a moveable jaw coupled to the shaft. A locking component actuates between a locked position and an unlocked position. When in the locked position, the locking component biases the shaft to remain stationary with respect to the body. The clamp includes a securing component pivotally coupled to the locking component, and a biasing element that biases the securing components towards the shaft.
HINGED STRAIGHT EDGE CLAMP
The present invention relates to a straight edge clamp that has a clamping head assembly and a stop assembly mounted upon the body of the straight edge. The head and stop are not connected together and the stop assembly is free to move with respect to the head assembly. The straight edge clamp body includes at least two sections that are hinged together to allow the sections to be folded upon one another when not in use and unfolded when in use.
Pen vice
A pen vice includes a base, an operating device mounted onto the base and multiple studs vertically secured on the base, wherein the studs correspond to two opposite sides of the base. Two parallel link mechanisms respectively mounted onto the studs that correspond to the two opposite sides of the base. A first sliding jaw and a second sliding jaw is disposed between the two parallel link mechanisms. The two parallel link mechanisms drive the first sliding jaw and the second sliding jaw to clamp or release a pen shank.
Centric clamping device
A centric clamping device, which contains a main body, two clamping jaws, guided so they can be displaced on the main body, and an adjusting spindle, supported by a spindle bearing so that it can rotate on the main body for the opposing adjustment of the two clamping jaws. A high-precision spindle bearing, optimally protected against soiling, is attained in that the spindle bearing is located in a bearing block and two bearing sleeves, which can be adjusted axially within the bearing block.
VISE
The invention relates to a vise for clamping a workpiece with two clamping jaw holders, each for receiving a clamping jaw for clamping the workpiece between the two clamping jaws, a fixed lower part and a carriage guide for linearly displaceable guidance of at least one of the two clamping jaw holders, wherein the carriage guide has two guide bars which are fastened to the lower part. It is proposed that the guide bars of the carriage guide are fastened laterally to the lower part.
HIGH-PRECISION TWO-PART FLAT CHUCK DEVICE AND PROCESSING APPARATUS INSTALLED THERE-WITH
A high-precision two-part flat chuck device includes: a base, a cylinder, a sliding plate, a first clamping plate and a second clamping pate. A piston rod of the cylinder is connected with the sliding plate. Precision sliding rails are arranged at two sides of the base, and two sides of the sliding plate are respectively matched with the precision sliding rails in a sliding manner. An accommodating groove is arranged in a middle part of the sliding plate. The first and second clamping plates are symmetrically distributed in the accommodating groove along a center of the sliding plate, and a spring is arranged between the first and second clamping plates. Side surfaces of the first and second clamping plates are inclined planes, and chucks matched with each other are arranged at end parts of the first and seconding clamp plates.
