A clamping unit includes a clamping mechanism that takes a clamping state when a pressure in a pressure-acting chamber defined in a case is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value, and takes an unclamping state when the pressure in the pressure-acting chamber is larger than the predetermined threshold value. The case of the clamping unit has a first outer side surface and a second outer side surface that are provided with a first opening portion and a second opening portion, respectively, which are in communication with each other through a supply and discharge port via the pressure-acting chamber.

A remote jig control system may comprise a jig configured to place a car body to a particular position, a wireless magnetic sensor installed in the jig, a control panel wirelessly connected with the wireless magnetic sensor via first wireless communication to receive state information about the jig from the wireless magnetic sensor, a gateway connected with the control panel via the first wireless communication to receive the state information, a user terminal connected with the gateway via second wireless communication to receive the state information; and monitoring server configured to receive the state information from the gateway and store the state information, wherein the control panel is configured to be controlled through the user terminal to generate a jig control signal corresponding to the state information.

Opening and closing chuck

A guide rail is provided on an outer surface of a chuck body. A pair of fingers is disposed on the guide rail. At least one of the pair of fingers is a movable finger that is movable along the guide rail. One or two cylinder apparatuses, each of which has a rod that advances and retracts in the direction of its axial line by the action of air pressure, are provided in the chuck body. The top end of the rod extends from an end of the chuck body to the outside. An end block is attached to the top end of the rod. The end block is linked to the movable finger.

PNEUMATIC CLAMPING COMPONENT

A pneumatic clamping component includes a clamping member having a main body portion, an abutting portion, and clamping arms. Each clamping arm has a connecting portion and a clamping portion. A base has an accommodating cavity in communication with an air opening. The abutting portion, the clamping arms and an inner wall of the accommodating cavity jointly form an air chamber in communication with the air opening. The air opening is used for entry of air and keeps the air in the air chamber. The clamping portion is located outside the air chamber. A gap is located between the two clamping arms. When the air does not enter the air chamber, two clamping portions are not in contact with the to-be-clamped object. When the air enters the air chamber, a to-be-clamped object is located in the gap, and the two clamping portions clamp the to-be-clamped object.

An air chuck includes: a finger support part including a pair of fingers; a chuck main body part including an operation mechanism operable to open and close the pair of fingers; and linking mechanisms that detachably link the finger support part to the chuck main body part. The linking mechanisms each include: a linking shaft that extends from the finger support part; a shaft insertion hole formed in a body of the chuck main body part; a catch body that becomes elastically caught on a catch surface of the linking shaft when the linking shaft is inserted into the shaft insertion hole; and a delinking member that is manually operated so as to release the catch body caught on the catch surface when the finger support part is detached from the chuck main body part.

A pair of locking members (22) (22) protruding upward relative to a housing (1) and configured to be inserted into a hole of a workpiece are arranged to be capable of being respectively pressed onto right end left portions of an inner peripheral surface of the hole. Wedge surfaces (33) (33) of a clamp rod (32) are respectively engaged with the locking members (22) (22) from above. The clamp rod (32) is driven by a driving means (D) downward for clamping and upward for unclamping. The clamp rod (32) includes recesses (50) (50) formed, in an outer peripheral surface of the clamp rod (32), at a portion of the clamp rod (32) which is located below the wedge surfaces (33) (33). The recesses (50) (50) accommodate the locking members (22) (22) so that inner lower portions of the locking members (22) (22) in an unclamping position contact each other.

A cylinder main body is provided with a first port that supplies fluid pressure to a first cylinder chamber, and a second port that supplies fluid pressure to a second cylinder chamber. The fluid pressure supplied to the first port is transmitted to the first cylinder chamber via a clearance formed in a double tube structure.

TRUSS ASSEMBLY TABLE WITH PRESSING MECHANISMS

A truss assembly table including a table frame, a tabletop, a first pressing mechanism, and a second pressing mechanism, wherein the pressing mechanisms are each configured to apply an even amount of force to the chord members and chords of a truss built on the truss assembly table during the truss assembly process and thus reduce the likelihood that the truss will be improperly built.

An air chuck includes: a finger support part including a pair of fingers and a pair of lock shafts; a chuck main body part including an operation mechanism operable to open and close the fingers; and linking mechanisms that detachably link the finger support part to the chuck main body part. Each of the linking mechanisms causes the corresponding lock shaft to shift to a non-lock position so as to render the pair of fingers capable of being opened and closed when the finger support part is linked to the chuck main body part. Each of the linking mechanisms causes the corresponding lock shaft to shift to a lock position and locks the pair of fingers so as to render the pair of fingers incapable of being opened and closed when the finger support part is detached from the chuck main body part.
