ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR HANGING CABINET DOORS
A support system for hanging of a cabinet door is provided having support arm and a main body with a top member and a front member. The upper end of the front member is operably connected to the forward end of the top member. The front member has lock features located at a plurality of positions between the upper end and the lower end on a front surface. The support arm has an elongated shape extending between a connection end and a support end. The support arm has lock features configured to engage and lock with lock features of the front member. The support end of the support arm having a platform configured to support the cabinet door during installation onto a cabinet. The support arm is movable between the plurality of positions to facilitate adjustment of a height at which the cabinet door is supported.
Brake caliper tool
A tool for retracting pistons into cylinder bores is disclosed, with a narrow gap between facing pressure plates allowing use of the tool in tight places, and ratcheting spreading of the facing pressure plates causing outward moving of the pistons, enabling work to be performed. One of the pressure plates is reversible to change the minimum narrow gap from a first width to a second width. In each of the orientations, the plates are movable towards and away from one another.
Hand Operated Gripping Tools
The main fixed handle optionally incorporates two swivel out arms, which can form part of a three-legged base. When operated thus, the jaws and moving handle point generally upwards from the formed base, the moving handle can now be operated by one hand leaving the other free to position the workpiece. The moving handle can incorporate a further locking switch that can be utilised in both a switchable locking position or non-locking position upon a sprung toothed strut between the handles, at least one of which further incorporates a curved resilient portion in order to provide useful sprung closure of the parallel moving jaws upon the workpiece in the locking method. A lanyard can be optimally attached to the swivel out arm ends to provide the user with a chest mounted portable vice.
Power tool with position control
A repositionable power wrench includes a housing, a motor arranged inside the housing, and an output shaft, which is rotationally connected to the motor and telescopically arranged with respect to the housing to allow axial movement of the output shaft with respect to the housing between a fully extended position (E.sub.max) and a fully compressed position, with a resilient member being arranged to urge the output shaft towards the fully extended position (E.sub.max). The power wrench also includes or is connectable to a positioning system arranged to monitor a position of the power wrench. The output shaft includes an output end arranged to interact with a fastener. A sensor is arranged to monitor a level of extension (E) of the output shaft with respect to the housing, such that the position of the output end of the output shaft may be determined.
Soft tissue mobilization device
The present soft tissue mobilization device has a quick-release bar clamp and various attachments for its jaws that exert pressure on soft tissue to improve mobility. The bar clamp allows for applying sustained and incremental pressure at various angles. The shape of the attachment surfaces that contact the soft tissue are either complementary toward each other, when they are intended to squeeze the targeted soft tissue between them, or to the body structure against which they are intended to press. Combining a more helpful means of generating and exerting pressure with the right surface contours significantly improves the overall effectiveness of the device, diminishes any associated pain and discomfort, and reduces the time necessary to achieve results.
Clamping Device with Force Sensing
A clamp device has first and second jaws movable relative to one another for clamping an object therebetween. A clamp sensor operatively connected to one of the jaws generates a clamping signal representative of a clamping force urging the first and second jaws towards one another. A display is arranged to display a value proportional to the clamping signal which is representative of the clamping force between the first and second jaws. A motor for driving movement of the second jaw relative to the first jaw is operated by a controller that responds to operator commands in a manual control mode and/or which automatically drives the motor so as to maintain the clamping signal measured by the clamp sensor within a prescribed threshold range to apply a constant clamping force between the first and second jaws under an automated control mode.
Infinitely directional translating clamp for welding a fan blade cover
A directional translating clamping device comprises a housing that includes a distal housing end and proximate housing end separated along a central axis, and a housing recess at the proximate housing end and extending along the central axis end. The device also includes a slide located in the housing recess, and the slide comprises a slide recess at a slide proximate end co-axial with the housing recess, and a detent in a radial sidewall of the slide prevents the slide from translating beyond a predetermined axial distance along the central axis. A spring is located in the housing recess and exerts an axial force on the distal end of the slide. A stub shaft extends from the distal end of the housing. A roller ball assembly includes a threaded sidewall that engages with the slide recess to removably and replaceably secure the roller ball assembly to the slide.
Electrical connector tool
An apparatus configured to assist an operator in connecting electrical connectors. The apparatus includes a first U-shaped cradle and a second U-shaped cradle. Each of the cradles has a contact surface on a front side that is configured to contact a flange on an electrical connector. Each of the cradles also includes a jaw mount configured to mount on a jaw member of a bar clamp.
Locking assembly
A locking assembly for locking a portable electronic device to a work surface. The locking assembly comprises a clamp assembly including an elongated bar that extends between a first end and a second end. The clamp assembly further includes a first jaw and a second jaw moveable along the elongated bar for clamping to a work surface between the first and second jaws. A connector extends from a first connector end that is pivotally connected to the locking assembly to a second end that can be connected to the portable electronic device. The connector securing the portable electronic device to the work surface while permitting it to pivot with respect to the locking assembly.
CLAMP HEAD ADAPTER
A clamp head adapter (100), including: an adapter body (102); a slot (104) disposed on a first side (106) of the adapter body and configured to receive and secure therein a clamp head (24); and a groove (110) recessed into a body surface (112) of the adapter body opposite the first side. The groove includes a vertex (130); a first bevel angle (132) between a normal line (134) normal to the body surface and a first line (136) between the vertex and a first corner (138) of the groove, and a second bevel angle (150) between the normal line and a second line (152) between the vertex and a second corner (154) of the groove. The first bevel angle and the second bevel angle together form a groove angle (156) that is less than 90 degrees.
