STRAIGHT EDGE BAR WITH CLAMP AND SPREADER
A straight edge bar clamp spreader comprises a straight edge bar, an inner channel portion, parallel channel portions, and two-way bosses or divots, a clamp, and a clamp-spreader. The inner channel portion is provided along an elongated central region of the bottom surface of the straight edge bar with a constant cross-section. The parallel channel portions are provided along two elongated parallel regions of the top surface of the straight edge bar. The two-way bosses or divots are provided across and on an inner surface of the inner channel portion of the bottom surface and an outer surface of the top surface and configured to define the predetermined stopping positions for two-way movements along the bottom surface or the top surface. The clamp is installed in the inner channel portion of the bottom surface. The clamp-spreader is installed in the pair of parallel channel portions of the top surface.
Diaphragm coupling tools
A tool for installation and removal of flexible couplings includes a first plate having a hinge member rigidly extending from the first plate and a shaft engaging feature defined in the first plate opposite the hinge member thereof. A second plate has a hinge member rigidly extending from the second plate and a shaft engaging feature defined in the second plate opposite the hinge member thereof. The hinge members of first and second plates are hinged together for rotation of the first and second plates about a hinge axis to actuate the shaft engaging features toward and away from one another.
Release Mechanism for Clamping Tools
The present invention provides an improved release mechanism for clamping tools where problems of thread slipping due to worn out thread can be reduced by the structure of a plunger with a small diameter section and the engagement of the thread shaft is made more secure by the cam action on account of the shape of the plunger.
Clamping tool
A clamping tool includes a strut having one end and defining a longitudinal axis. Arranged on the one end of the strut is a mount which includes a bushing that is arranged on the strut. The bushing includes recesses and a receptacle which interacts with the recesses so as to be rotatably mounted in the bushing. The bushing has an interior provided with at least one groove for receiving an O-ring which is sized to extend beyond the groove to inhibit a rotational mobility of the receptacle. A clamping device is received in the receptacle of the mount and configured to swing about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the strut.

Drive assembly for use with the handle grip of a clamping device
A clamp assembly a fixed end support, a movable end support and a handle disposed in one end support or the other. The handle is rotated using an electric tool, such as a drill. A female receiver is disposed within a rearward end of the handle. A male driver is removably held within a chuck of the electric drill and is inserted into the receiver to rotate and then tighten or loosen the support end of the clamp. Alternatively, the clamp assembly has a male portion that is disposed at a rear portion of an end support and a female driver is used to rotate and then tighten or loosen the clamp from the wood pieces. The female receiver and male driver can be used with either a movable end support or a stationary end support of the clamp, as could the male portion and the female driver.
Clamping device
A clamping device includes: a clamp assembly and an adjustment assembly, the clamp assembly comprises two symmetrical clamp arms which are oppositely hinged to each other. Each of the clamp arms includes two identical and parallel clamp pieces, and a jaw, the jaw is detachably connected between the two clamp pieces, a lower edge of the jaw includes, in order from left to right, a first arc-shaped section, a second arc-shaped section and a horizontal section, the bottoms of the first arc-shaped section, the second arc-shaped section and the horizontal section are at a same plane, the first and second arc-shaped sections are symmetrical to each other, an angle is defined between the first and second arc-shaped sections, a V-shaped groove is defined between the second arc-shaped section and the horizontal section, and the first and second arc-shaped sections are each longer than the horizontal section.
Clamping tool
A clamping tool having an elongated housing, a handle, a thrust plate, a screw member, a linearly movable actuator, and first and second clamping arms is provided. When the handle and the screw member are rotated in a first rotational direction, the linearly movable actuator moves in a first longitudinal direction which induces first and second coupling members to slide within first and second end plate slots, respectively, of a first end plate of the linearly movable actuator, and the first and second clamping arms rotate about third and fourth coupling members, respectively, from a first operational position to a second operational position.

PIVOTABLE VISE, CLAMPING ATTACHMENTS FOR THE VISE, AND RELATED METHODS
Embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to a pivotable clamp or vise. For example, the vise may clamp or secure a workpiece at a suitable position and/or orientation.
