CLAMPING HANDLE ASSEMBLIES AND METHOD OF USE
A clamping handle assembly that is usable with woodworking tools that enables a user to suitably maintain and secure various types of workpiece and/or stock to a woodworking tool during a woodworking project. The clamping handle assembly comprises of a handle. The clamping handle assembly also comprises of a threaded shaft that is operably engaged with the handle, said threaded shaft is adapted to engage with a woodworking tool. The clamping handle assembly also comprises of a clamp block that is operably engaged with the threaded shaft, said clamp block is adapted to apply a clamping force to a workpiece. In addition, various types of clamp blocks may be included in a clamping handle assembly to suitably maintain and secure various types of workpiece and/or stock to a woodworking tool during a woodworking project.
Adjustable torque clamping fixture
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable torque clamping fixture, including a clamping body driven by a threaded rod to move and used for clamping an object. The threaded rods implements an axial movement thereof by means of screw thread transmission. An adjustable torque handle is configured at the rear end of the threaded rod. The maximum clamping force is adjusted by the adjustable torque handle. When the maximum clamping force is attained, continued application of a torque on the threaded rod by the handle results in slippage, so that no larger clamping force can be applied, thus implementing precision clamping, and preventing the clamped object from being damaged by an excessive torque. The adjustable torque clamping fixture overcomes the shortcoming of a manual clamping fixture known to inventors of which the magnitude of the clamping force is difficult to determine during use.
Clamp head adapter
A clamp head adapter (100), including: an adapter body (102); a slot (104) disposed on a first side (106) of the adapter body and configured to receive and secure therein a clamp head (24); and a groove (110) recessed into a body surface (112) of the adapter body opposite the first side. The groove includes a vertex (130); a first bevel angle (132) between a normal line (134) normal to the body surface and a first line (136) between the vertex and a first corner (138) of the groove, and a second bevel angle (150) between the normal line and a second line (152) between the vertex and a second corner (154) of the groove. The first bevel angle and the second bevel angle together form a groove angle (156) that is less than 90 degrees.
Removing apparatus
A removing apparatus includes a main body, an operation member, and two connection members. The main body has a main arm, and a first and second side arms on two ends, so as to form a C shape, with a combination bore on one end of one side arm away from the main arm. The operation member is on another side arm and axially movable, with another combination bore on one end of the operation member. Each connection member has a base portion, with an insertion portion extending from the one lateral side of the base portion to be combined with the combination bore. Each connection member has a large and a small column portions connected in a stage shape to form a stage face. Sleeves of different sizes can be combined with the lateral side or the stage face of the connection member for removing objects.
SELF-ADJUSTING CLAMP
Provided is a clamp that can be attached to a tripod or other piece of equipment and which can hold rails for firearms, sights, scopes, parts, and the like, therein. The clamp is self-adjusting due to a compressible cam lever that enables an amount of give or play when clamping onto a rail or other object. The clamp also includes a scroll gear assembly that enables the compressible cam lever to drive opposing jaw plates toward and away from each other thereby clamping and releasing rails and other objects.
Workpiece Holding Devices and Associated Methods
An example device includes fingers that are adjustable longitudinally and configured to grip a workpiece. A clamping or locking mechanism can be used to secure the fingers at desired longitudinal positions. In examples, a retaining component is disposed through the fingers and is configured to retain the fingers in lateral directions.
SLIDING CLAMP
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a sliding clamp including a first arm with a first jaw attached to the first arm, and a second arm with a second jaw attached thereto. The first jaw includes at least one first clamping ball freely rotatable relative to the first arm, and the second jaw includes at least one second clamping ball freely rotatable relative to the second arm. The second arm is configured to move relative to the first arm to adjust a jaw opening between the at least one second clamping ball of the second jaw and the at least one first clamping ball of the first jaw. The sliding clamp is configured to constrain a workpiece to a clamping plane while permitting translation of the workpiece within the clamping plane.
APPARATUS FOR CLAMPING WORKPIECES ON MACHINE TOOLS
The apparatus (1) for clamping workpieces on machine tools comprises: a basic frame (2) fixable to a machine tool (M) for machining a workpiece (P); a clamping unit (3); a hydraulic actuator (22, 23) comprising a first chamber (26) which can be supplied with a first pressurized hydraulic fluid and is connectable to a first sensing device (27) for sensing the pressure of the first hydraulic fluid; a sensing channel (15) which can be supplied with pressurized air and which is connectable to a sensing sensor (16) for sensing the pressure of the air;
wherein the first sensing device (27) and the sensing sensor (16) are connectable to a control system adapted to authorize the machining of the workpiece (P) when the pressure of the first hydraulic fluid and the pressure of the air are simultaneously higher than their respective threshold values.
Utility cart
The utility cart of the present application comprises a frame, at least two wheels and a storage panel. In one embodiment, the storage panel is removable and capable of being replaced with an alternate storage panel.
Trapdoor clamp
The Trapdoor Clamp is the only product of its kind that allows individuals to safely place tools onto a highly adjustable platform to improve functionality of modern aerial lifts. The Trapdoor Clamp is uniquely designed with durable materials like rubber and metal to withstand force and ensure sustainability during operation. The clamp includes a channel having three sides defining open ends thereto, a trapdoor configured to create an open ended box with the three sided channel, a hinge configured to lengthwise join the trapdoor with the three sided channel, a trapdoor extension from the trapdoor, a stationary extension from the three sided channel configured to be in an opposing relation with the stationary extension and a fastener configured to put the trapdoor extension and the stationary extension in a compression.
