Rail support system and method of use
A rail support system includes a clamp side having a channel to engage around a post; an extension curved around the channel; a first bar engaged with the extension; a handle attached to the first bar; and a second bar attached to the first bar via a lateral connector; pivoting the handle causes the second bar to apply pressure to the second side of the channel; a cradle side having an arm attached to the channel and extending away therefrom; and a cradle support attached to and extending away from the arm, the cradle support being vertically adjustable relative to the channel; the cradle support is to receive a rail; the clamp side is to secure to the post while the cradle side is to engage with the rail such that the post and the rail are held in position for welding together.
Clamping jaw for clamping of a workpiece
A clamping jaw for the clamping of a workpiece, with a body and several clamping inserts arranged in mounting openings of the body made of a sintered material. The clamping inserts are designed in the form of cylindrical pins projecting relative to an end surface of the body and inclined relative to a lower base surface of the body with a clamping edge for forcing the clamping inserts into the workpiece.
Workpiece clamp assembly for machining and cutting
A universal clamp assembly includes an elongate tubular base, a clamp arm adjustably secured to the tubular base at a threaded connection and an adjustment screw that adjusts the angle of the clamp arm relative to an upper surface of the base. Various workpieces can be secured between the clamping arm and the base. An optional clamping block is provided for cooperating with the clamping arm to secure cylindrical workpieces therebetween. In addition, workpieces can be inserted through the tubular base and secured.

Autonomous flexible manufacturing system for building a fuselage
A method and apparatus for building a fuselage assembly for an aircraft. A number of fixtures may be drive across a floor to an assembly area to form an assembly fixture. The fuselage assembly may be built on the assembly fixture.
Towers for accessing an interior of a fuselage assembly
An apparatus for accessing an interior of a fuselage assembly. A tower having a number of platform levels may be driven into a selected tower position within an assembly area. The interior of the fuselage assembly may be accessed using the number of platform levels.
Clamping force visualization device and clamp
A clamping force visualization device, including a first clamping body (01) for clamping an object; the first clamping body (01) is telescopically assembled on a base (14), an elastic element (110) is provided between the first clamping body (01) and the base (14), and a clamping force scale (11) and a reading indicator (15) are respectively provided on the first clamping body (01) and the base (14); when the first clamping body (01) clamps the object, the elastic element (110) measures a clamping force and the reading indicator (15) points to the clamping force scale (11) for reading, so that the magnitude of the clamping force can be intuitively seen and read during clamping, thereby achieving accurate clamping. A clamp including the clamping force visualization device is also involved.

BRADAWL CLAMP
To cut or score straight lines along sheet materials such as drywall panels, insulation boards, and timber sheets, it is commonly known to use a guide rail. Guide rail attachment means include screws, clamps, and/or adhesive pads. These securing means are time consuming to implement, and can cause damage to a main face of the sheet material. The present invention provides a guide rail securing device for releasably securing a guide rail 100 to a sheet material 200, comprising a guide rail attachment mechanism, and at least one penetrating element 20 to secure the guide rail securing device to the sheet material 200 by penetrating an edge of the sheet material 200. In this way, once the guide rail securing device is securely attached to the guide rail, a user may instantly connect the guide rail to the sheet material by penetrating an edge of the sheet material with the penetrating element.
Locking wrench pliers
Embodiments of the current invention relate to a pliers wrench. Optionally, the jaws of the pair of pliers lock to an adjustable gap size and/or the gap between the jaws is aligned with a rotational axis of the pair of pliers. For example, there may be two jaws that adjust symmetrically around the rotational axis. In some embodiments, each jaw is closed toward an opposing jaw by a lever. Optionally, a locking mechanism locks the jaw when it reaches half the gap width from the rotational axis. Optionally, each jaw is closable independently of the other jaw. Optionally, a notch in the jaws forms an angle for clasping a bolt perpendicular to an axis of the device. For example, the notch may have a 120 angle.
