ELECTRIC VACUUM SUCTION LIFTER
A touch display device includes a display module, a touch module and a light-transmitting substrate. The display module has a display surface and a bottom surface opposite to the display surface. The touch module is fixed to the display surface by an adhesive. The adhesive, the touch module and the display surface together form an accommodating space between the display module and the touch module. The light-transmitting substrate is disposed in the accommodating space, one side of the light-transmitting substrate is fixed to the display surface by a first optical adhesive, the other side of the light-transmitting substrate is fixed to the touch module by a second optical adhesive. An adhesive strength of the adhesive is greater than an adhesive strength of the first optical adhesive, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive is greater than an adhesive strength of the second optical adhesive.
Auto-release vacuum device
A vacuum device for a material handling system includes a vacuum device body and a sealing element. The vacuum device body has a vacuum passageway in which H vacuum is generated in response to activation of a pressurized air supply that forces pressurized air through a venturi device. The sealing element moves to a sealing position to substantially seal the vacuum passageway when the air supply is activated, and is urged toward the sealing position via pressurized air that is diverted from an inlet of the vacuum device to the sealing element. The sealing element moves to substantially vent the vacuum passageway when the air supply is deactivated. The vacuum passageway may be in fluid communication with a vacuum cup, which seals against the object when the sealing element is at the sealing position and the vacuum generating device generates at least a partial vacuum in the vacuum passageway.
Interchangeable adapter for changing LED light bulbs
An interchangeable adapter for changing a light bulb that includes a head piece that has a base plate with opposite first and second sides and that defines a platform at the first side. A primary gripping member extends from the platform of the first side of the base plate away from the second side. The primary gripping member is positioned substantially centrally with respect to the platform to engage the light bulb. A secondary gripping member extends from the platform of the first side of the base plate away from the second side. The secondary gripping member surrounds the primary gripping member and is configured to grip the light bulb. An engagement member extends from the second side of the base plate away from the first side for engaging a holder of the adapter.
Additive manufactured tool assembly
A tool assembly includes a support frame including support beams and support mounts supporting the support beams. The support frame is rigid and used to transport the tool assembly. A support tool is supported by the support frame and includes a faceplate and a supporting grid structure formed with the faceplate as a monolithic structure defined by a series of AM layers. The faceplate has a supporting surface at a top of the support tool for supporting a working component. The supporting grid structure engages the support beams such that loads are transferred between the support tool and the support frame through the support beams. The support frame maintains dimensional stability of the support tool during transport and when resting within an allowable tolerance of the support tool.
Minimal contact gripping of thin optical devices
Embodiments described herein provide for devices and methods for retaining optical devices. The devices and methods described herein provide for retention of the substrate without contacting sensitive portions of the substrate. The devices and methods utilize retention pads or vacuum pins to contact the exclusion zones i.e., inactive areas of the substrate to retain the substrate and prevent the substrate from moving laterally. Additionally, a holding force retains the substrate in the vertical direction, without contacting the substrate. The methods provide for adjusting the devices to account for multiple geometries of the substrate. The methods further provide for adjusting the devices, such as adjusting a gap between the optical device and a suction pad, to alter the holding force of the devices on the optical devices.
Double Ended Hand Tool
A double ended hand tool created to pick up place and position flatback crystals, gems or other tiny items is disclosed. The tool contains a hollow, conical end which securely encases each crystal allowing the operator to easily position the crystal with no slip. The tool has a first end and a second end coupled by a shaft. The first end has a wax tip which allows the user to pick up crystals or other small items. The second end has a hollow narrow extended portion which allows the users to manipulate the crystal or other small items.
Extendable multi-tool including interchangable light bulb changer and accessories
An extendable multi-tool comprising an extendable pole and a head unit selectively detachably coupled together. The head unit comprises a grasping mechanism configured to engage a light bulb, a control switch and a rotation mechanism. The control switch configured to cause the grasping mechanism to become secured to a light bulb, and to cause the rotation mechanism to automatically detect when a light bulb is secured to the grasping mechanism and then rotate the grasping unit and the secured light bulb in a first direction based on the position of the control switch. The tool further comprises an arm unit for positioning the grasping mechanism in a desired configuration to engage the light bulb, wherein the arm member is coupled to the grasping mechanism.

A device for repairing a crack in a wall includes an injection nozzle that has a nozzle part, and an adsorption disk fixed to a supporting shaft in which a suction passage for sucking air is formed and can be adsorbed to a wall surface by sucking air through the suction passage, and can be detached from the wall surface by releasing the suction, an arm having a front end part and a rear end part in the axial direction, and is supported by the supporting shaft in the midpoint of the axial direction through the first universal joint and supports an inflow pipe of the injection nozzle in the front end part through a second universal joint, and a plurality of contact members attached to the rear end part of the arm, the front end thereof contacting the wall surface, and receives the moment load generated in the arm.
