OPERATION-FREE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
An operation-free connection structure includes a main bar, a detent lever, a steel ball, a spring, and an operating member. Within the main bar, an elongated chamber is formed, featuring an elongated first hole and a second hole communicating with the chamber. Within the chamber, the detent lever is positioned and is recessed with a first groove and a second groove, with the first groove having a smaller depth than the second groove. The steel ball is located in the first hole and a spring exerts pressure on both the detent lever and the steel ball. This arrangement allows a portion of the steel ball to be embedded in the first groove while another portion protrudes outwardly from the main bar, and the steel ball can then be compressed and rolled into the second groove, thereby freeing the operation of the operating member from connection to an operating tool.
Engagement structure for tool
An engagement structure for a tool contains: a drive member. The drive member includes an accommodation orifice defined in the drive member, a hexagonal tooth portion formed around the accommodation orifice, and six arcuately concave sections respectively arranged on six sides of the hexagonal tooth portion. Each of the six arcuately concave sections is arranged on a center of each of the six sides of the hexagonal tooth portion. The drive member further includes multiple bevel rims, any two spaced of the multiple bevel rims respectively extend from two sides of each arcuately concave sections, and any adjacent of the multiple bevel rims connect, wherein an inclined angle each of the multiple bevel rims is 2 degrees.
Security display unit
A display unit includes a plate and a ring. The ring has a through hole with which a first end of a security member is engaged. The second end of the security member extends beyond the through hole. The security member is pivotable relative to the through hole. An insertion hole is defined in the second end of the security member so as to receive a hand tool therein. The security member includes an opening communicating with the insertion hole. An L-shaped restriction member is connected to a slit defined in the first end and the outside surface of the security member. The restriction member has an engaging portion which extends through the opening and inserted into a gap between a bead and a reception hole for receiving the bead of the hand tool to prevent the hand tool from being separating from the ring.
Tool with pivoting portion and locking mechanism
A tool with a pivoting head is shown. The tool includes a locking mechanism that allows the angular position of the head to be locked securely in place once selected by a user. The locking mechanism may be used with a variety of tools, such as ratchet wrenches, that allow for repositioning of the head relative to the handle of the tool.
COAXIAL FITTING TOOL ASSEMBLY
A coaxial fitting tool assembly for tightening or loosening a coaxial fitting includes a tool that may engage a fitting on a coaxial cable thereby facilitating the fitting to be loosened or tightened. A bar is selectively extended through the tool and the bar is selectively manipulated. The bar rotates the tool thereby facilitating the fitting to be tightened or loosened.
Multi-functional wrench
A multi-functional wrench having an adjustable construction that allows the nut or bolt engaging surfaces of the wrench to be located at different angles or positions relative to a handle in order to allow the wrench to be used in otherwise difficult to reach areas. The wrench optionally includes a secondary handle removably connected to a preferably arcuate, multi-functional wrench body that is, in turn, removably connectable to a desired wrench head which includes a work-engaging fitting. The multi-functional wrench has a body that is archial or curved in shape and includes at least one drive post or ratchet and a plurality of sockets that are useful for many applications. The wrench is particularly useful to manipulate the body of straight stop and angle stop compression valves connectable to plumbing under sinks, behind toilets and inside cabinets, as well as nuts and bolts.
Dual purpose flip-out and T handle
A dual purpose flip-out and T handle ratchet is able to be used in an L or modified L-handle orientation as well as a T handle orientation. The dual purpose flip-out and T handle includes a handle portion and a ratchet head and neck portion. The handle portion is coupled to the neck portion at a lockable hinge. The hinge allows the head and neck portion to rotate to an L or modified L-handle orientation or to a T handle orientation. When properly oriented the tool is able to be used to tighten or loosen objects such as screws or bolts.
Braking structure of ratchet wrench
A braking structure of a ratchet wrench comprises: a wrench head, having an operating portion, a rear end thereof being a head pivoting portion, a peripheral of the head pivoting portion having plural urging grooves; a wrench handle, a front end thereof having a handle pivoting portion pivotally connected with the head pivoting portion, the handle pivoting portion having a pivoting room, an acting through hole at a rear end of the pivoting room and extending toward the wrench handle, a positioning device being neighbor to a rear end of the handle pivoting portion and having a slim acting slot, a hole being in the acting slot and being perpendicular to an extension direction of the wrench handle; an urging device, having an urging rod; an operation device, having a pushing member that has an inserting rod, the inserting rod having a positioning through hole vertical to the inserting rod.
Wrench adjustable in head angle
A wrench adjustable in head angle includes a pull lever having one end provided with an accommodating groove for receiving a spring and a resisting pin. The resisting pin is fitted thereon with a push member, and the pull lever is pivotally connected with a driving head. The resisting pin has one end elastically pushed by the spring to be engaged with one end of the driving head and the resisting pin is engaged with the push member. The push member can be pushed to actuate the resisting pin to press the spring, letting the resisting pin disengaged from the driving head for adjusting the angle of the driving head, convenient in operation.
Ratchet wrench having quick release structure
A ratchet wrench having a quick release structure includes a drive bar, a rotary head, and a locking switch. The drive bar includes a fork arm, a fork opening formed at the fork arm, an axial hole communicating with the fork opening, and a radial hole communicating with the axial hole. The rotary head is pivotally connected to two ends of the fork arm. The rotary head includes a round housing, a plurality of positioning recesses disposed on the round housing, and a pivot axis passing through the rotary head. The pivot axis is perpendicular to the radial hole. The locking switch includes a turning element disposed in the radial hole and a latch element disposed in the axial hole. The turning element rotatably drives the latch element to move axially, and the latch element is engaged with or released from any positioning recess.
