COMBINATION SWIVEL WRENCH
20220111494 · 2022-04-14 ·

Illustrated views of an exemplary combination swivel wrench for easy access to tight spaces is presented. The combination swivel wrench is useful for accessing hex fasteners in hard to get to areas such as tight areas. Further, the combination swivel wrench is useful for providing both a swivel and a ratchet on a common combination wrench.

Jointed Wrench

The present invention relates to a jointed wrench. A multi-directional knuckle in a midsection or handle of the wrench allows for multiple angles created in the handle of the wrench. This allows a user to manipulate a ratcheting portion of the wrench into otherwise inconvenient spaces, such as an interior of an automobile engine compartment.

In another aspect of the present invention, a locking ring is paired with a fine tooth wheel within a ratchet, and the locking ring couples with locking detented sockets or adaptors.

PALM TOOL DEVICE
20220072696 · 2022-03-10 ·

A palm tool device includes a drive tool and a bar. The drive tool includes a drive member and a grip member connecting with and housing the drive member. The grip member is annular and surrounds the drive member. An outer periphery of the grip member forms a grip portion and a first attach portion. The bar is selectively attached to and detached from the drive tool. The bar is attachable in at least one position to the drive tool. The bar has a second attach portion and a third attach portion. The bar is attachable in a first position to the drive tool by connecting the second attach portion with the first attach portion. The bar is attachable in a second position to the drive tool by connecting the third attach portion with the engage portion.

TOOL DRIVE ASSEMBLY

A tool drive assembly including a flexible drive shaft and a guide. The flexible drive shaft includes a proximal end structured to engage a driver for rotating the flexible drive shaft, and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The guide includes a handle, a shaft extending from the handle, and a hub assembly at a distal end of the shaft. The hub assembly includes a housing, and a hub rotatably mounted within the housing. The hub includes an input connection structured to attach to the distal end of the flexible drive shaft, and an output connection structured to attach to a working tool. The tool drive assembly enables easy manipulation and driving of a working tool to achieve optimum positioning and effectiveness of the working tool.

Convertible flex ratchet

A folding flex ratchet having a handle that is joined to a ratchet head by an offset hinge that allows the handle to be selectively folded between an extended position for applying greater torque and a folded position in which the ratchet operates in spaces where access is minimal, somewhat like a palm ratchet. The ratchet head may include a generally L-shaped neck that provides an offset handle connection point that is offset in two directions from the ratchet head, both rearwardly and longitudinally. The handle, ratchet head and offset hinge are configured so that, when in the folded position, the handle is approximately centered over the ratchet head and the handle extends substantially parallel to the ratchet head.

PIVOTAL STRUCTURE FOR DRIVING HEAD OF WRENCH
20210308841 · 2021-10-07 ·

A wrench includes a handle and a working end, two arms extend from the working end to form a room between the two arms. Each arm includes a locking hole. A driving head is pivotably connected between the two arms. Two bolts are respectively and threadedly connected to the locking holes of the two arms, and inserted into the two recesses of the driving head to pivotably position the driving head. A wave washer is mounted to each of the two bolts and sandwiched between the driving head and the arm.

Wrench assembly

A wrench assembly, and methods of making and using such a wrench assembly, whereby the wrench assembly includes a head, an opening disposed within the head, a first pivotal member coupled to the head, a plurality of radial slots inwardly extending into the first pivotal member, and a handle, whereby the head pivotally couples to the handle.

ADJUSTABLE SOCKET ASSEMBLY

An adjustable socket assembly includes a collet having a first end, a second end, and a perimeter wall. The second end has a receiving aperture therein. The collet is divided into a plurality a plurality of sections. A sleeve has a bottom end that receives the collet. The sleeve has an interior surface that tapers inwardly and abuts the sections to move toward each other as the sleeve moves toward the second ends of the sections. A biasing member extends through a top end of the sleeve and engages each of the sections. The biasing member is actuated to bias the sleeve downward to close together the sections and engaged the valve actuator. An engagement head is attached to the upper end of the biasing member and engages a tool to rotate the collet.

Fittings, Components, and Associated Tools

Fittings that generally include a unitary body having an outer surface and an inner lumen forming a void within said unitary body. The lumen is configured to receive threads for mating with the threads of a female sub end of a pipe or tube. The outer surface includes at least one aperture for receiving a tool that can be inserted within said aperture so as to rotate the fitting about an axis that extends through the lumen of the unitary body. The at least one apertures provide a safe and convenient way to tighten and loosen the fitting during the process of coupling pipe or tubing.

ATTACHMENT MECHANISM FOR A POWER TOOL
20210299828 · 2021-09-30 ·

An accessory for use with a rotary power tool having a rotatable spindle and a first mating member. The accessory includes a housing having a body and a plurality of arms extending therefrom, a ball detent selectively engagable with the spindle to lock the accessory to the power tool, a sleeve slidable along the arms between a first position in which the sleeve biases the ball detent into engagement with the spindle to axially secure the accessory to the tool, and a second position in which the ball detent is disengageable from the spindle to release the accessory from the tool, and a second mating member coupled to the arms of the housing.
