BOLT SUPPLY DEVICE
A bolt supply device includes a conveyor, a bolt absorbing portion, a bolt storage portion, and an allocation portion. The conveyor is an endless belt and is provided to circulate between a first height and a second height above the first height. The bolt absorbing portion protrudes on an outer surface of a ring formed by the conveyor and is configured to absorb a bolt. The bolt storage portion is provided in a region where the bolt absorbing portion ascends, the region located at the first height. The allocation portion is configured to swing to drop the bolt in either one of both width directions of the conveyor at the second height, the bolt absorbed by the bolt absorbing portion in the bolt storage portion.
BOLT SUPPLY DEVICE
A bolt supply device includes a slide plate inclined to a vertical direction; and a groove portion formed in the slide plate and having a width that allows passing of a screw portion of a bolt and prevents passing of a flange portion of the bolt. The groove portion includes a first groove configured such that an angle formed between a line extending in an up-down direction along the slide plate and the first groove is a first angle; and a second groove connected to a lower end of the first groove and configured such that an angle formed between the line extending in the up-down direction along the slide plate and the second groove is a second angle smaller than the first angle. The bolt take-out portion is set in the groove portion at a lower end or below the lower end of the second groove.

Stick fit fastener recess system
Various embodiments described herein provide a fastener system having straight walled driving surfaces that provides a reliable stick fit feature, while also improving stability of engagement between the system components. A feature of the new system is to allow stick fit engagement of existing standard straight walled drivers in the new system.

Screw-feeding apparatus and screw-tightening apparatus with screw-feeding apparatus
An autofeed attachment (4) for a screw-driving apparatus (2) includes a base casing (30), a feeder casing (32) slidably mounted on the base casing (30) and a wheel (72) rotatably mounted within the feeder casing (32). When rotated in a forward direction, the wheel (72) advances a screw strip (50), which has a plurality of screws (52) coupled by a connecting strip. A wheel forward-direction rotating mechanism (60, 64, 66, 68) rotates the wheel (72) in the forward direction and restricts rotation of the wheel (72) in a reverse direction opposite the forward direction. A wheel-release mechanism (70, 107, 117) releases the restriction placed on rotation of the wheel (72) in the reverse direction. The wheel forward-direction rotating mechanism and the wheel-release mechanism are disposed, at least partially, inside of the wheel (72) and/or the rotational axis of the wheel (72) intersects a release button (107) of the wheel-release mechanism.
Automated electromagnetic fastener delivery system
A fastener delivery system including a feed tube coupled to a delivery location at a second end of the feed tube. The fastener delivery system includes a fastener feed mechanism comprised of a coil wound around a coupler. The coupler is coupled to the feed tube at a first end of the feed tube. The fastener delivery system includes a fastener positioning device configured to receive a fastener. The fastener positioning device is connected to the coupler and operates to inject the fastener into the coupler. A current is applied through the coil to generate a magnetic field. The magnetic field interacts with the fastener and thereby projects the fastener through the feed tube towards the delivery location.
POSITIONER, GUIDE AND/OR MAGAZINE FOR SCREWS AND NAILS
An aspect of some embodiments of the current invention relates to a positioner for holding one or more fasteners (e.g. screws and/or nails) which allows a user to push the fasteners out directly into a target material. For example, a user may locate the positioner over a location on the target material and/or drive the fastener through the positioner into the target. In some embodiments, the positioner includes multiple fasteners, for example the positioner maybe used as a magazine of fasteners and/or a storage box for fasteners. Optionally, the positioner includes a hard frame and/or a soft passage holding the fastener. For example, a fastener is inserted into the top of the passage and driven (e.g. pushed, hammered and/or screwed) through, out the bottom of the passage into the target. Optionally, multiple positioners may be arranged along a guide
