Crimping Tool
A crimping tool used for crimping terminals and wires includes a driving mechanism, a crimping mechanism and a plurality of adjustable elements. The crimping mechanism includes a compensation element and a crimping block, wherein the compensation element includes an accommodating space, an accommodating groove and a plurality of through holes. The accommodating groove and the through holes communicate with the accommodating space. The accommodating groove is used for accommodating the terminal. The crimping block is connected to the driving mechanism and movably disposed in the accommodating space. Each of the adjustable elements is movably disposed in each of the through holes such that it can be moved into the accommodating space to be against the crimping block such that the convex teeth of the crimping block are aligned with a plurality of pins on the terminal.
TOOL WITH HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR REGENERATIVE EXTENSION AND TWO-SPEED OPERATION
Embodiments of the invention provide a hydraulic tool including a hydraulic actuator cylinder, a piston, a fluid reservoir, a pump, a regeneration check valve, and a pilot-operated valve. The regeneration check valve is disposed in a regenerative extension fluid path that fluidly couples a first and second chamber of the hydraulic actuator cylinder. The pilot-operated valve is disposed in a power extension fluid path that fluidly couples the second chamber to a fluid reservoir.
MANUALLY OPERABLE PLIERS TOOL
A manually operable pliers tool has a first pressing jaw with a first handle extending therefrom, a second pressing jaw pivotably mounted on the first pressing jaw about a first pivot axis, and a second handle which can move in a spreadable manner relative to the first handle and which is linked to the second pressing jaw. The second pressing jaw has a u-shaped node element with a base and two limbs extending from the base in the direction of the handles. The base of the node element is mounted on the first pressing jaw via the first pivot axis and a first of the limbs is mounted on the second handle via a second pivot axis. When the pliers mouth formed by the sections of the pressing jaws remote from the handles is opened, the second limb of the node element is pivoted in the direction of an upper outer rim of the first pressing jaw, the outer rim being remote from the second pressing jaw. A stop, which is adjustable between a passive position and at least one active position, is arranged on the first pressing jaw, wherein an opening movement of the second handle can be limited by the second limb of the node element coming to a stop on the stop by setting the stop into the at least one active position.
Pressing jaws for crimping pliers
Pressing jaws for opposite arrangement in crimping pliers, the pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and move into each other during pressing. A guide surface extending transversely to the rib longitudinal direction outside of a working region of the ribs is formed, which guide surface interacts with a guide protrusion extending from the opposite pressing jaw. In another version, the pressing jaws have ribs, which are designed to mesh with each other and which have a rib longitudinal direction. Crimping pliers comprise two plier jaws, which are provided with oppositely arranged pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and which, during pressing, move into each other and delimit a pressing jaw opening.
PORTABLE HAND HELD POWER TOOL WITH INTERCHANGABLE HEAD
Portable, hand held, battery operated, hydraulic tools are provided with a tool frame and one or more interchangeable working heads. When the working head is connected with the tool frame, a piston actuated by a hydraulic system within the tool frame applies force to the working head to perform a task. A coupling mechanism holds the working head to the tool frame. The coupling mechanism allows the working head to be removed from the tool frame and another working head to be joined to the tool frame. The coupling mechanism can hold the working head at a fixed rotational angle with respect to the tool frame. The coupling mechanism can also allow the working head to rotate with respect to the tool frame.
PEX crimping tool
A power tool includes an outer housing having a drive unit support portion and a handle portion, an inner housing positioned at least partially within the handle, and a drive unit positioned in the drive unit support portion. The drive unit includes an output shaft extending at least partially through the handle portion. The power tool also includes a ball screw mechanism having a nut supported at least partially within the inner housing and a screw coupled to the nut for relative axial displacement therewith in response to relative rotation between the screw and the nut. Torque from the output shaft is applied to one of the nut and the screw to cause the relative rotation. The handle portion exerts a reaction torque on the inner housing in response to the relative rotation between the nut and screw to prevent the inner housing from rotating relative to the outer housing.
PORTABLE DIELESS HAND HELD POWER TOOLS
Portable, hand held, battery operated, dieless, hydraulic crimping tools are provided with a working head and a tool frame. The working head has a head frame with an open access to a working area of the working head. The open access may be in the form of a C-shape. The working head has a nest to receive a crimping member. An indentor is attached to a piston within the tool frame. The piston moves the indentor between a home position adjacent the tool frame and an indenting position where the indentor impacts the crimping member.
Electric tool
An electric tool (1) includes piston (36) reciprocably housed in cylinder (34) provided in main body portion (10) and be pushed by a pressure of fluid; tool head (14) coupled to a distal end of the main body portion and performing a predetermined operation by being pushed by the piston; return channel (40) communicating from the cylinder to a fluid tank to allow the fluid to flow therethrough; pressure regulating valve (44) disposed in operational flow channel (42) branching from the return channel and taking an open position when the pressure of the fluid in the return channel becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined value; operating pin (46) disposed in the operational flow channel and pushed by the pressure of the fluid flowing therein; and return valve (48) disposed in the return channel and taking an open position by being pushed by the operating pin.
Pliers Comprising a Toggle Lever Drive
The invention relates to pliers (1). The pliers might be embodied as crimping pliers (2), cutting pliers or pipe crimping pliers. In the pliers (1) pliers jaws (3, 4) are driven by hand levers (8, 9) via a toggle lever drive (13). The toggle lever drive (13) is not formed by toggle lever rods or toggle lever bars. Instead, imaginary toggle levers are formed by a plurality of toggle lever components (35) which are movable along contact contours (30, 37; 33, 38) relative to each other.
Crimp tool force monitoring device
A crimp tool includes a frame, a lead screw and a nut assembly connected to the lead screw. A spring member is connected to the frame and movable with rotation of the lead screw. A first transducer is connected to the nut assembly to measure a first force applied on the nut assembly. A second transducer is connected to the spring member to measure a second force applied thereon by the spring member.
