MULTI-PUMP HAND TOOL
A tool and method of operating the tool is provided. The tool includes a first jaw, the first jaw arranged to rotate about a first pivot. A second jaw is arranged adjacent the first jaw, the second jaw arranged to rotate about a second pivot. A first cam member is rotatable about an axis, the first cam member being operably coupled to second jaw. A second cam member is rotatable about the axis, the second cam member being operable coupled to the first jaw. At least one movable handle is operably coupled to the first cam member and the second cam member. A clutch is operably coupled to the first cam member and the second cam member, the clutch being configured to allow free-rotation in first direction about the axis and prevent rotation in an opposite second direction.
Pivoting pliers jaw in a design comprising plates and crimping pliers comprising a pivoting pliers jaw
A pivoting pliers jaw (18) having a design including plates for manually actuated crimping pliers (1). The pivoting pliers jaw (18) which includes a supporting plate (23) at which on both sides pliers jaw plates (25) are held. The pliers jaw plates (25) form an accommodation for a die insert or support the accommodation. According to the invention the pivoting pliers jaw (18) is L-shaped. Bolts (27, 28) for mounting the pliers jaw plates (25) to the supporting plate (23) are arranged in a way such that a connecting axis of the longitudinal axes of the bolts (27, 28) have an orientation approximately perpendicular to a supporting plane (36) for the effective crimping force.
MAGAZINE FOR PROCESSING WIRE END FERRULES AND HAND TOOL FOR PRESSING WIRE END FERRULES
A magazine for processing wire end ferrules, which are connected to one another via connection pieces to form a wire end ferrule strip, having a housing with at least one housing base and an inlet opening for introducing the wire end ferrule strip. A transport wheel is rotatably mounted in the housing and has multiple recesses for receiving individual wire end ferrules of a wire end ferrule strip, neighboring recesses separated from one another by a rim. An opening is formed in the housing base and the wire end ferrules can be successively brought into an assembly position via a rotation of the transport wheel to a position in which a wire end ferrule is arranged above the opening and a connection piece between the wire end ferrule and the neighboring wire end ferrule is at least partially cut through by the rim of the corresponding recess.
CRIMPING PLIERS, DIE HALF UNIT AND METHOD FOR THE ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to crimping pliers wherein a die comprises two die half units. The die half units each comprise a die half and a bearing body. The bearing body is supported in an associated bearing accommodation of a pliers jaw. The die halves are supported by a rotational bearing for being rotated about a crimping axis relative to the bearing body.
According to the invention it is possible to assemble and disassemble the bearing body of the die half unit to and from the bearing accommodation of the pliers jaw without the use of any tool. It is also possible that a latching or locking device is used for the assembly.
STERILE LINE CLIP SEPARATION TOOL
A system and a method are disclosed for disconnecting clips. A clip separation tool includes two arms, the arms having jaws to receive connected clips at a distal end of the arms and handle portions on a proximal end for a user to engage the tool with his hand. A pivot mechanism is coupled to the arms, where, responsive to a force applied to the handle portions, the arms rotate relative to each other around the pivot mechanism such that the distal ends of the arms pivot away from one another and the proximal ends of the arms pivot towards one another. A spring biases the arms to rotate to an equilibrium position that is attained automatically under spring loading once the proximal ends of the arms are relieved of loading. The clip separation tool disconnects connected clips as the force causes the arms to rotate around the pivot mechanism.
Crimping Plier
The crimping plier of the present invention includes an abutting member, a crimping member, a crimping tooth member, a cover plate, and a driving mechanism. The abutting member has a crimping hole for placing the connection terminal. The crimping member is adjacent to the crimping hole, and one end of an elastic element abuts against the crimping member. The crimping tooth member is fixedly disposed on the crimping member. The cover plate is connected to the abutting member and covers the crimping member, and the cover plate is also in contact with the other end of the elastic element. The driving mechanism is in contact with the crimping member to push the crimping member and the crimping tooth member. When the crimping member and the crimping tooth member slide, the elastic element provides an elastic force between the crimping member and the cover plate.
Railway Clip Positioning, Setting, and Insertion System
A clip insertion system is disclosed inserting and/or removing clips from rail plates. The clip insertion system described herein may comprise a hand tool that positions and inserts a clip into a rail plate that is attached to the railroad tie. The clip secures the steel rail to the tie. This invention represents a significant improvement over existing clip setting hand tools by improving useability, reducing safety risks, and increasing efficiency in the process/method of securing the rail using clips and/or other clip-based technologies. This system also provides and improved method of moving and positioning the tool as it is moved to successive clip insertion locations.
Pressing tool with sensor system for identifying a workpiece
A pressing tool, particularly a pipe pressing tool, for plastically deforming a tubular workpiece, particularly a fitting, is described. The pressing tool includes pressing jaws and a motor which is adapted to drive the pressing jaws in order to apply a force to the workpiece. Further, a method of operating such a pressing tool, and pressing jaws as well as a tubular workpiece are described.
Crimping pliers, and toothed wheel having teeth
Crimping pliers are configured to crimp cable lugs onto electrical conductors. The crimping pliers includes first and second crimping jaws pivotally connected together, a first crimping matrix mounted for rotation on the first crimping jaw, a second crimping matrix mounted for rotation on the second crimping jaw, each crimping jaw having a plurality of different first crimping dies formed therein, and interlocks provided on the crimping jaws. The interlocks are configured to lock one of the crimping dies on each crimping jaw into a working position.
Laser guided tools
Tools for crimping or cutting of an object such as a wire, cable, or connector. The tool includes a first member and a second member configured to come together through a gap to crimp or cut a wire, cable or connector and a laser positioned to visually indicate a region where at least one member traverses as the first and second member come together through the gap. This visual indication aids in alignment of the object for the crimping or cutting operation.
