Securing tool
A securing tool and methods for its use are described herein. In various embodiments, the securing tool may include a handle and a prying member positioned at a first end of the securing tool opposite the handle. The prying member may be shaped to engage a release of a self-tensioned hose clamp to cause the handle to be manipulable to spring the self-tensioned hose clamp. The securing tool may include first and second sensors configured to provide first and second signals, respectively, that are indicative of sensed occurrence of first and second events after the handle is manipulated to spring the self-tensioned hose clamp. In various embodiments, if the first and second signals satisfy a criterion, the hose clamp may be deemed to have been properly installed.
SPRING COMPRESSION APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to compression apparatus and compression systems, and related components and methods, for manufacturing and servicing operations. In one or more embodiments, a compression apparatus for vehicle subframes includes a first block, a second block spaced from the first block, a first connector extending between the first block and the second block, and a second connector extending between the first block and the second block. The compressions apparatus includes a drive assembly extending through the second block. The drive assembly includes a drive shaft comprising a head section, a threaded section, and an end section, the threaded section disposed between the head section and the end section. The drive assembly includes a drive cap coupled to the drive shaft.
Ergonomic front fork service tool
An ergonomic front fork service tool for servicing front fork tubes of a motorcycle includes a long threaded screw engaged in a threaded housing with a swivel foot at the bottom end and a large hand knob at the top end. The threaded housing is attached to a swinging arm attached to a vertical rod support. A base bar has a hollow tube attached at a right angle a distance away from its distal end, which receives and supports the vertical rod while permitting both swinging of the arm and vertical adjustment. The position between the rod and tube is locked by fasteners threaded transversally in the top wall of the tube. A portion of the base bar is used to support the service tool in a bench vise, or to fasten to a work bench, and two swinging gate clamps engage two front fork tubes and rigidly attach them during service to the bench top vertically.

PLUMBING TOOL AND METHOD OF USE
A tool and method for replacing or installing components in a confined, interior space of a plumbing faucet valve assembly. The tool comprises a hollow body having a first end and a second end. The first end has an inner diameter and an outer diameter, and the second end has an inner diameter and an outer diameter, wherein the outer diameter of the first end is smaller than the outer diameter of the second end, thus forming a lip or flange proximal the first end for a purpose of engaging a plumbing faucet component for ease of installation during repair or replacement of the component in a plumbing faucet. The tool is manipulated by simply sliding it over the shaft of a screwdriver or other implement during operation. The tool facilitates proper alignment and installation of the replacement components into the confined interior space of the faucet.
