Normal-line detection device, processing device, and normal-line detection method
A normal-line detection device is provided with: four or more non-contacting distance sensors for measuring the distance to a processing surface of a work piece, the non-contacting distance sensors being arranged on the periphery of a drill body, in an arrangement plane orthogonal to an axis line of the drill body, and a distance measurement axis of each non-contacting distance sensor and the axis line intersecting; and a PC for calculating an approximation surface of a processing surface on the basis of measurement values from the non-contacting distance sensors and the angle of the non-contacting distance sensors with respect to the axis line, and determining the normal-line of the approximation surface as the normal-line of the processing surface.
TOOLHOLDER GUIDE SYSTEM IN MANUAL CERAMIC CUTTERS
A toolholder guide system in manual ceramic cutters, including parallel guides for the longitudinal movement of a toolholder that has a handle for the actuation thereof and carries a cutting tool for scoring a ceramic part. The guides are formed by a profile, for example made of aluminium, each guide having upper and lower steel rods, disposed longitudinally, forming races for bearing carriages disposed on the sides of the toolholder. Each bearing carriage has two end bearings disposed at the same height and at least one intermediate bearing disposed at a lower height than the two end bearings.
Method for Installing a Pulling Head Assembly
A workstation and method for the installation of a pulling head assembly onto one or more conductors of a cabling system are provided. The workstation incorporates one or more of: a conductor clamp that holds the conductors of the cabling system in place during the installation of the pulling head assembly; a cutting guide having indicia marks that indicate the lengths to which to cut the conductors in order to achieve a staggered pattern of pulling eyes attached to the conductors in the pulling head assembly; a stripping tool that is used to remove a portion of the insulation from the terminal end of each conductor so that the end of the conductor may be inserted into the pulling eye; and a crimping tool that is used to crimp the pulling eyes onto the terminal ends of each of the conductors.
Counterbalance system for upper horizontal surface drilling operations
A counterbalance system employs one or more springs to support a large motor drill on an upper horizontal work surface, for example on the tops of drill jigs or bushings. The counterbalance system supports the drill above the work surface where the counterbalance system can slide across the work surface to selectively position the drill over a drill bushing through which a drilling operation is to be performed. A user of the drill supported on the counterbalance system can then push downwardly on the drill to compress the spring and perform a drilling operation. On removal of the downward directed force exerted by the user of the drill, the spring pushes the drill upwardly to disengage the drill from the work surface. The user of the counterbalance system can then slide the counterbalance system and the drill across the top of the work surface.
Multi function tool table
A tool table with top as a first rotating element that rotates relative to the top about its center. Within the rotating element is a secondary rotating element that rotates relative to the rotating element. A variety of tools affix or are used in used in connection with the second rotating element such that the tool can be installed above top of the table and then flipped to rotate such that the motor is below the top of the table but the blade or cutting element is above the top of the table. The tool can also slide within the secondary rotating element.
Attachment for a hand-held power tool
An attachment for a hand-held power tool, wherein the attachment has an attachment housing and a drive element on a drive side, which drive element can be coupled to a machine output element of the hand-held power tool in order to drive the attachment and is firmly connected to an output element of the attachment or is motion-coupled via a gear to drive a working tool, wherein the attachment has a fastening device on the drive side for detachable fastening to the hand-held power tool, wherein the fastening device has at least one support surface that is stationary with respect to the attachment housing for providing support on the hand-held power tool in the direction of a support axis and at least one locking body adjustable between a locking position and an unlocking position and loaded into the locking position by a spring assembly.
Hand-Held Tool System, Method for Operating
A hand-held tool system includes a hand-held power tool, in particular a drill, having a wall device configured to be mounted on a wall to be processed by the hand-held power tool. The wall device includes at least a first sensor device that is configured to determine an orientation of the hand-held power tool relative to the wall device.
Locating Device for Use with Power Tools
A powered high-speed cutting tool that also locates objects behind sheet material and subsequently cuts around the object. The tool incorporates at least one sensor having a transceiver emitting a signal to detect at least one from the group of object density, conductivity, distance, and identification. The sensor is housed within a sensor unit that is part of the body of the cutting tool. The sensor unit can be incorporated into the body or removable from the cutting tool. A marking unit is used to mark the cutting area of the sheet material and is generally part of or located near a sensor unit. Indicator members, such as lights, audio, and/or display screen, are used to provide information to the user.
Manual drilling apparatus equipped with a device for control of advance
A manual drilling apparatus equipped with a device for control of advance, which includes a fixed part and a mobile part with movement of translation relative to the fixed part during the drilling, as well as a system for control of the movement of translation of the mobile part relative to the fixed part, wherein the fixed part and the mobile part comprise respectively at least one fixed tube and at least one mobile tube which slide relative to one another, the fixed and mobile tubes being coaxial to the axis of rotation of the tool supported by the apparatus.

A variety of tools affix or are used in used in connection with the second rotating element such that the tool can be installed above top of the table and then flipped to rotate such that the motor is below the top of the table but the blade or cutting element is above the top of the table. The tool can also slide within the secondary rotating element.
