Trigger knife
A trigger knife, including a knife housing, a knife holder, a blade, an elastic part, a trigger, a linkage assembly, a connecting plate. When the trigger is rotated outwards, the elastic part is deformed, and the linkage assembly drives the connecting plate to move and enables the knife holder to move to a first blade ejection position. When one end of the blade is lifted, the knife holder is enabled to fit with an inner wall of the knife housing, the knife holder to move to a second blade ejection position, and the connecting plate is fastened onto the knife housing and separated from the knife holder. When the end of the blade is moved down, the knife holder is enabled to move down, the elastic part is restored from the deformation to enable the knife holder to move to a rebound position.
Box Corner Cutting Device
As shown in the figures, the device of the present invention is a hand held and hand operated cutting blade connectively attached to the bottom end of a pole that is housed in and partially contained within a capped cylindrical tube wherein there are tracks installed to guide the cutting blade up and down within the tube, and there are two openings (slots or channels) on the sidewall of the cylindrical tube which are used to be fitted over the sides of a box at the corner. As the tube is lowered to the bottom of the box, the blade will slide up into the tube and come to a rest positioned at the top of the corner of the box. The pole with blade can then be easily pushed down through the corner of the box cutting it from top to bottom.
Retractable utility knife
A utility knife configured with a retractable cutting blade that is extended and retracted by a blade actuation mechanism. The blade actuation mechanism includes a blade trigger assembly and a blade carriage assembly that are operably connected in variety of configurations, including a configuration with a rack-and-pinion arrangement between the blade trigger assembly and the blade carriage assembly. The rack-and-pinion blade actuation mechanism is configured to automatically retract the cutting blade as the cutting blade is lifted from the cutting surface.
SAFETY CUTTING DEVICE
A safety cutting device includes a slidable insert that moves longitudinally within a cavity of a housing. The slidable insert has a cutting blade attached and moves within the housing from a safe position in which the blade is covered to an exposed position for cutting. The safety device has a release button positioned near an anterior end of the housing. A biasing member automatically retracts the blade when the release button is activated.
Bit retention mechanism
A blade retention mechanism that includes a body and a catch. The catch is configured to engage a bit. A knurled nut is configured to engage the catch and the body such that it is movable. When the nut is moved between a first position and a second position the catch moves between a first position and a second position. A v-groove is formed in the body and is configured to receive and retain a bit when the catch is in the first position.
Deburring cutter
The present invention generally relates to cutting devices. Specifically, the present invention relates to a deburring cutter device. In some examples, the deburring cutter includes a handle module, a blade, and a blade cover. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the handle module includes a blade holder configured with a blade cavity having walls which are adapted to reversibly secure the blade, allowing the blade to be selectively removed.
Utility Knife
A utility knife comprises a housing (1), a blade carrier (2), a blade (3), a position control component (4) and a safety control component (5); a positioning direction (B) is defined at an angle to the sliding direction (A) of the position control component (4), the first blocking position (141) is farther away from the positioning portion (42) of the position control component (4) than the rest areas of the slide rail (13) except the first blocking position (14). In this way, in addition to blocking position shift, the position control component can also be used for contact-fitting with the blade carrier to determine whether the blade carrier can slide forward independently. Therefore, the utility knife has fewer components, resulting in low material cost, fewer assembly steps, convenient and time-saving assembly process, and the components are not easy to lose.
FINGER-PUSH SAFETY KNIFE
a finger-push safety knife, including a knife housing, a knife holder, a blade, and a shifter. The blade is installed onto the knife holder. The knife holder is disposed in a cavity of the knife housing. A restricting groove is disposed on the knife holder. A gear adjustment slot is disposed on the knife housing. When the shifter rotates to the blade ejection gear, the shifter fits with the restricting groove to enable the knife holder to move and move to a preset position in the cavity, and the shifter is clamped at a blade ejection position in the restricting groove, so that the displacement of the knife holder can be restricted and the knife holder can be fastened at the preset position in the cavity under the action of an external force, to restrict an extension length of the blade from the knife housing.
Utility knife with a locknut
A utility knife with a locknut includes a case, a blade holder, a blade, a movable pushbutton and a locking device. A blade extension/retraction opening is formed at a front end of the case and provided for the blade to extend or retract, and a movable chute is formed on a side of the case and provided for the movable pushbutton to move. The blade is correspondingly installed in the case by the blade holder, the blade controls its extension and retraction in the blade extension/retraction opening by the movable pushbutton. The locking device includes a locking rod and an adjusting device and uses the adjusting device to adjust the locking rod and lock the blade.
