The present invention relates to a device for isolating and cleaning contaminated components comprising a chamber, an entrance door through which components to be isolated and cleaned are introducible into the chamber, means configured to deliver washing solution into the chamber and onto the components to be cleaned, a drying system configured to dry the chamber as well as its content, wherein the device further comprises an exhaust filter system attached to the air exhaust of the chamber, the exhaust filter system comprising a pipe, at least one filter and a blower, the exhaust filter system being configured to be able to bring the chamber under a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure by means of the blower all the time the chamber is closed. The present invention also relates to a corresponding method for isolating and cleaning contaminated components with the aforementioned device.

METHODS OF DISARMING VIRUSES USING REACTIVE GAS
20210308309 · 2021-10-07 ·

A method of disinfecting a surface that is contaminated with a virus or suspected of contamination with a virus, including: producing a reactive gas by forming a high-voltage cold plasma (HVCP) from a working gas with a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) system at a voltage of 20 kV to 150 kV; transporting the reactive gas at least 1 meter away from the HVCP; followed by contacting the surface with the reactive gas.

RACK FOR TREATMENT OF RESPIRATORY MASKS

A rack for sanitizing or cleaning medical or personal protective equipment is claimed herein. The rack has at least two stringers that run the length of the rack. The rack has at least two vertical grates that are spaced apart from each other along the stringers. The spacing between the grates will be sufficient such that a standard respiratory mask (e.g. N95) may be placed between two adjacent grates and be held in a vertical orientation.

DEVICE FOR CLEANING AND STERILIZING AIR AND OBJECT SURFACES

Provided is a device that uses ozone, hydrogen peroxide, and hydroxyl radicals to sterilize, detoxify and purify indoor air, while simultaneously removing radon gas. The device is provided with a condensing unit (10) having a Peltier structure, and further provided with a device (2) that discharges electricity and generates ozone. The device further has an ultraviolet lamp (9) and a titanium dioxide coating for creating a titanium dioxide physical environment. The device is also provided with generation boxes (3, 5). Ultrasonic waves are used to electrolyze a liquid, such as water, hydrogen peroxide or oxygen, in the generation boxes (3, 5), so as to further generate hydroxyl radicals.

Disinfection System

The present invention relates to a disinfection system comprising a plurality of replaceable containers, to contain a solution comprising a disinfecting agent, conduits leading from the containers to a manifold, misting apparatus to generate a mist containing the disinfecting agent and to release the mist via exit conduits, through at least one exit vent, wherein the manifold comprises a plenum which receives a volume of air for controlling balance of air pressure as the air is released through the at least one exit vent. The present invention also relates to a method of controlling use of a disinfection system.

CONTAINER-PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A CONTAINER-PROCESSING MACHINE

Described is a method for cleaning a tunnel-shaped container-processing machine, in particular a tunnel pasteurizer, and a container-processing machine designed accordingly, in particular a tunnel pasteuriser, for beverage bottles or similar containers. Since hydroxyl radicals are produced mechanically in process water for the container-processing machine the tunnel pasteuriser and/or are introduced into same, and organic impurities present in the container-processing machine in the tunnel pasteuriser are also mineralized by the hydroxyl radicals in the process water, microorganisms based thereon can be removed more easily and in addition their nutrient basis removed from them.

DROPLET BANDPASS FILTER
20210244841 · 2021-08-12 · ·

A droplet bandpass filter and method of modifying droplet size distribution of a population of droplets suspended in a gas. Droplets suspended in a gas are flowed through a bandpass filter having a tortuous pathway which comprises at least one impactor region located at a position adjacent to a flow direction change. Larger droplets impact at the impactor region while smaller droplets remain suspended in the gas and flow in the first output direction. Other flow restrictors may advantageously be included in the tortuous pathway. The filter is particularly useful in delivering sterilant aerosols (e.g. peroxides) with reduced populations of large droplets.

AIR STERILIZING DEVICE
