HYDROGEN PEROXIDE VAPOR VAPORIZER
A hydrogen peroxide vapor vaporizer, which is used in a sterilizer that sterilizes by using hydrogen peroxide vapor generated by vaporizing a hydrogen peroxide solution, comprises: a body part formed in the shape of a hollow column; a vaporization part which is provided at one side of the inside of the body part and has a predetermined capacity to accommodate a predetermined hydrogen peroxide solution; support parts for supporting the vaporization part to provide same to be spaced a predetermined distance apart from the inside of the body part; a heating part which is provided at one side of the vaporization part to heat the vaporization part; and a discharge part which is provided at the upper portion of the body part to induce discharging of the hydrogen peroxide vapor vaporized in the vaporization part.
MEDIA SANITIZING CASSETTE AND METHOD OF OPERATION
A valuable media sanitizing/cleansing cassette is provided for sanitizing/cleansing surfaces of valuable media dispensed to a consumer during a dispense transaction at a transaction terminal. Dispensed media is urged from one or more media cassettes within the terminal along a transport path. The transport path is altered to pass the media through the sanitizing/cleansing cassette where the top and bottom surfaces of the media are illuminated with Ultraviolet (UV) radiation to eradicate any bacteria or virus that may be adhered to the top or the bottom surfaces of the media. Once the media passes through the sanitizing/cleansing cassette, the now sanitized/cleansed media is urged along a remainder of the transport path and dispensed from a media interface of the terminal to the consumer. In an embodiment, media deposited at the terminal is also sanitized/cleansed by passing through the sanitizing/cleansing cassette before being stored in the appropriate media cassettes.

STERILIZATION TRAY
A sterilization tray is disclosed herein. A medical instrument, such as an endoscope, may be placed into the sterilization tray, and the sterilization tray with the medical instrument disposed therein may be placed into a vacuum chamber of a sterilization system. The sterilization tray may also be used to transport the medical instrument to and from a point of care. Sterilization is performed with the instrument in the base component and the lid component disposed atop the base component. Transportation is performed with the instrument in the lid component and the base component disposed atop the lid component.
Skin preparation applicator
Fluid applicators with precise volume dispensing control for dispensing fluids such as a disinfectant in a controlled manner. Such fluid applicators may include a barrel including a sidewall having an inside surface defining a chamber for retaining a fluid, an end press, a push rod disposed within the chamber, the push rod having a push button and a piercing tip, a cap attached to a port via a hinge to cover a hydrophobic filter disposed on the sidewall of the chamber, a one-way valve disposed on the outlet on a distal end of the barrel, a disinfectant disposed within the chamber; a housing having a base and an open proximal end; and a fluid applicator sponge disposed in the base of the housing. An alternate fluid may include a deformable end press, a plurality of volume scale markings on an outer surface of the barrel, a push rod, a one-way valve and applicator sponge.
Single-pair earphone sterilizer with germicidal light
Apparatus and methods include a single-pair earphone sterilize with germicidal light. Embodiments include a housing and a germicidal light source. The apparatus may include circuitry, such as power, to support the germicidal light source and a divider to shield the circuitry from the germicidal light source. The apparatus may also include attachment portions to position and maintain earphones in a position relative to the germicidal light source.
METHODS AND SYSTEM FOR DISINFECTION
The present disclosure relates to methods and system for disinfecting surfaces within a volumetric space by forming peracids in a reaction layer in situ directly on the surfaces to be disinfected. Particularly, a peroxide compound and an organic acid are sequentially dispersed into the volumetric space, preventing peracids from being formed until the two reactants contact each other on the surface to be disinfected. In some embodiments, any of the dispersed aqueous compositions can optionally be electrostatically charged. Additionally, a system for sequentially dispersing the peracid reactant compounds by electrostatic spraying is provided.
EXTRACORPOREAL DISINFECTION SYSTEM
An extracorporeal blood disinfection system (10) includes an input tube (12) forming a flowpath (22) for infected blood from a mammalian patient (11); a disinfection unit (14) including a microbicidal light emitting device (24) emitting a plurality of light emissions, each light emission having a wavelength in a range between about 380 to about 800 nm; a treatment flowpath (22) in communication with the input tube (12) that is substantially transparent to emitted light of the microbicidal light emitting device (24) for receiving at least a portion of the infected blood flow therethrough, wherein the microbicidal light emitting device (24) effectuates a dose of light emissions to the infected blood in the treatment flowpath (22) to disinfect the blood; and an output tube (16) fluidly and physically connected wherein material can flow within the treatment flowpath forming a flowpath the disinfected blood flow from the disinfection unit to the patient.
CONTAINER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND AUTOMATIC EXCHANGE MACHINE
