The stationary blade includes a first wall portion arranged to serve as a skin facing wall when in operation, a second wall portion at least partially offset from the first wall portion, such that the first wall portion and the second wall portion define therebetween a guide slot arranged to receive a movable cutter blade in a defined mating manner, and at least one toothed leading edge having a plurality of teeth jointly formed by the first wall portion and the second wall portion. The stationary blade is an integrally formed metal-plastic composite stationary blade. Also discussed is a blade set including an integrated foil shaving region, along with a method for manufacturing a respective blade.
