Safety Razor with Visually Identifiable Blade
The present application is directed to a razor for use in an institutional facility. The razor includes a translucent housing and a blade within the housing. The blade has one or more visually identifiable visual aspects such that the blade can be recognized during a visual inspection of the razor. The razor can also include one or more additional blades. These blades can also include one or more visual aspects.
Shaving Device
A shaving device comprising a head assembly including a support member having at least one support member magnet and a blade cartridge having at least one face with at least one razor blade and configured to be rotatably coupled to the support member about a pivot axis. The blade cartridge includes at least one blade cartridge magnet having a pole aligned with a pole of the support member magnet to generate a magnetic force that urges the blade cartridge about the pivot axis towards an initial starting position (ISP), wherein the blade cartridge is further configured to rotate about the pivot axis away from the ISP upon application of an external force sufficient to overcome the magnetic force between the support member magnet and the blade cartridge magnet.
Shaving head
A shaving head for a shaver has a side-cap retainer secured to sides of the shaving head. Each of the retainers has a plurality of legs operable to abut various portions of the shaving head, thereby securing components of the shaving head thereto.
Shaving cartridge with enhanced rinsing
A razor that facilitates a user's removal of shaving lubricant, cut hairs, and other shaving-related debris, from around, and between, the razor's blade(s). A barrier at the upper portion of the razor's blade assembly funnels water to the blade channel in which the blades are affixed, and at least a portion of that water flows around and/or over the blade(s). The barrier directs through the razor's blades, a greater volume of water per unit time than can be achieved with an unmodified blade assembly.
Primary Alkaline Battery
A primary battery includes a cathode having a non-stoichiometric metal oxide including transition metals Ni, Mn, Co, or a combination of metal atoms, an alkali metal, and hydrogen; an anode; a separator between the cathode and the anode; and an alkaline electrolyte.
Shaving blade cartridge
A shaving blade cartridge includes a housing extending along a longitudinal axis. The housing has a top side, a bottom side opposite to the top side, and two longitudinal sides extending along the longitudinal axis between the top and bottom sides. The shaving blade cartridge also includes a cutting blade mounted in the housing between the longitudinal sides and having a cutting edge extending along the longitudinal axis, and a retainer including a retainer body disposed above the cutting edge. The retainer body has at least two through holes. One of the through holes is disposed in front of the cutting edge and another of the through holes is disposed rearward of the cutting edge. The housing includes at least two riveting pins. Each of the two riveting pins correspond with and are received in a respective one of the through holes to retain the cutting blade in the housing.
Razor cartridges
Replaceable shaving assemblies are disclosed that include a razor cartridge having a blade geometry that is designed to provide a close, comfortable shave. Shaving systems including such shaving assemblies are also disclosed, as are methods of using such shaving systems and methods of manufacturing these cartridges.
Shaving head
A shaving head having a retainer with a plurality of legs operable to abut various portions of the shaving head, thereby securing components of the shaving head thereto.
RAZOR WITH ROTATABLE HEAD
A two way razor is disclosed having a handle, a bracket, and a shaving head mounting dual opposing shaving cartridges each comprising a plurality of razor blades, and a swivel mechanism disposed between the handle and the bracket for exchanging the positions of the first and second cartridges' positions, the swivel mechanism comprising first and second disks where a first disk has two projections at opposite ends and a second disk has two recesses at opposite ends, such that the projections and recesses engage to lock the bracket in first and second orientations with respect to the handle.
Razor cartridge having a blade housing with slits receiving clips for securing razor blades
Provided is a razor cartridge having a new fixing clip mounting structure. Such a razor cartridge includes at least one razor blade having a cutting edge, a blade housing configured to accommodate the at least one razor blade in a longitudinal direction, which is perpendicular to a shaving direction, and a pair of fixing clips configured to secure both ends of the at least one razor blade to be seated in the blade housing, wherein the blade housing includes a pair of side slits which are disposed at a forward position with respect to the at least one razor blade and configured to be open at a side end of the blade housing, and each of the pair of fixing clips includes a first leg portion and a second leg portion, wherein for each of the fixing clips, the corresponding first leg portion is accommodated in a corresponding side slit of the pair of side slits and the corresponding second leg portion is wrapped around a rear end of the blade housing.
