Mechanical locking system for floor panels
Building panels provided with a locking system for vertical and horizontal locking of a first edge and a second edge of adjacent panels. The locking system includes a displaceable tongue at least partly arranged in a displacement groove, a tongue groove, a cavity provided in a strip at the first edge, and a protrusion extending downwards at the second edge. The displaceable tongue is arranged to be displaced at least partly into the tongue groove during locking, and wherein the protrusion is arranged to be located in least a portion of the cavity when the panels are locked vertically and horizontally.
ULTRASONIC TOOL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE TOOL
An ultrasonic cutting tool for use in an ultrasonic instrument, the tool being a blade manufactured from a tubular blank by flattening a section of the blank. The blade includes a flat section designed to be used for cutting, a tubular section, and a transition section joining the flat section to the tubular section. The tubular section is joined to or includes an attachment section for attaching the blade to an ultrasonic generator and serving as a conduit to bring a cooling fluid to the distal end or to suck particles into the hand tool.
CLAMPING ASSEMBLIES TO SECURE KNIVES TO SLICING MACHINES AND SLICING MACHINES EQUIPPED THEREWITH
Methods and equipment suitable for slicing products into lattice-type slices or chips. The methods and equipment utilize a knife assembly that includes a corrugated knife, a knife holder, and a clamp. A leading edge of the knife holder is defined by fingers and notches therebetween, and the fingers of the knife holder engage valleys in a first surface of the corrugated knife. The clamp is mated with a second surface of the corrugated knife and secures the corrugated knife to the knife holder. The clamp has a leading edge defined by fingers and notches therebetween. The fingers of the clamp engage valleys on the second surface of the corrugated knife, such that the fingers of the clamp are interdigitated with the fingers of the knife holder.
Tool for cutting a workpiece
A tool configured to cut a workpiece includes a tool head which has a receiving contour in which the workpiece is received, and a movable cutting edge with a cutting contour. In the course of a cutting process, the cutting edge passes through the receiving contour. The cutting edge is subjected to the effect of an advancement part and can be moved to such an extent in the cutting direction(s) that it can pass all the way through the workpiece. In an embodiment, a position of the cutting edge reached after the cutting edge has passed all the way through the workpiece, the cutting edge, with removal from the advancement part, can be moved out from the cutting direction(s).
Knife assembly with tab blade
Knife assemblies and methods therefor that are adapted to be used with a cutting apparatus capable of producing a variety of shaped food products having large amplitudes, for example, sliced, shredded, and strip-cut food products. The knife assembly includes a primary blade having a corrugated shape to produce a large-amplitude food product slice having a periodic shape, and at least one tab blade assembled with or formed from the primary blade to cut a food product slice into strips.
Blade assembly for cutting food
A blade assembly includes a blade support frame, and a plurality of V-shaped blades removably fastened to the blade support frame. The blade support frame has a food flow path extending downstream, and a plurality of blade mounts distributed around the food flow path. Each V-shaped blade has a first end portion connected to one of the blade mounts, a second end portion connected to another of the blade mounts, and an intermediate portion extending from the first end portion to the second end portion into the food flow path. At the first and second end portions of each V-shaped blade, a respective one of the blade mounts overlies both the upstream edge and the downstream edge of the V-shaped blade to inhibit the V-shaped blade from rotating when impacted by food.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a spindle, a motor, an inner housing and an outer housing elastically connected to the inner housing. The inner housing is formed by a first inner housing portion formed of metal connected to a second inner housing portion formed of synthetic polymer. The first inner housing portion includes a housing part disposed in a front part of the outer housing, and a first extending part extending rearward from the housing part and disposed in a grip part of the outer housing. The second inner housing portion includes a second extending part that has a tubular shape and at least partially surrounds the first extending part, and a rear end part connected to the second extending part and disposed in a rear part of the outer housing. The first extending part extends rearward of a center of the second extending part in the front-rear direction.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR BUILDING TYRES FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
A process and an apparatus for cutting a continuous rubber-covered belt in a process for building tyres for vehicle wheels, wherein the apparatus includes a cutting group, in turn comprising: a knife formed by a first half-part and a second half-part and movable along a cutting direction that is tilted with respect to a supply direction of a rubber-covered belt placed beneath the knife. The process includes: lifting a lifting element placed below the continuous rubber-covered belt and at the cutting zone, until a portion of rubber-covered belt is lifted, and lowering the single first-half part of the knife, making it slide with respect to the second half-part.
KITCHEN UTENSIL
Provided is a kitchen utensil which can respond to an object having any shape. A kitchen utensil (10) according to the present invention has a holding portion (12) and a blade member (15) having a blade (17) supported by the holding portion, and the blade is protruded forward of the holding portion.
CUTOFF KNIFE SERRATION
A pair of cutoff knives configured for mounting on counter-rotating drums such that a serrated edge of one knife of the pair intermeshes with a serrated edge of the other knife of the pair to create a sinusoidal-shaped gap between the intermeshed serrated edges.
