The push rod includes a pushing portion for pushing a container containing a caulking material and a rear end portion opposite to the pushing portion. The cutter includes: an assembling portion, configured to be mounted at the rear end portion of the push rod;
and a cutting portion, connected with the assembling portion and including a cutting member. A caulking gun including the cutter is further provided.
RATCHETING PVC CUTTER WITH QUICK RELEASE BLADE MECHANISM
A pipe cutting tool includes a tool body having a handle portion and a blade carrying portion with a tool body hole extending through the blade carrying portion. The pipe cutting tool includes a blade carriage coupled to the tool body and rotatable around the tool body hole and a blade which engages with the blade carriage. The pipe cutting tool includes at least one retaining plate coupled to the blade carriage and rotatable about the tool body hole. The pipe cutting tool includes a pin which is configured to removably extend through the tool body hole and a hole formed through the blade carriage. The tool body includes a boss feature which engages with the retaining plate to hold the blade carriage when the pin is removed from the pipe cutting tool.
CUTTER
A cutter includes a blade, a handle, a holder, a pivot and a pin. The blade includes an aperture and a slit. The handle includes two lateral plates each of which includes an aperture and a recess. The holder includes a block formed between two lateral plates. The block is inserted in the slit when the blade is inserted in the holder. Each of the lateral plates of the holder includes a rear aperture and a front aperture. The pivot is selectively inserted in the apertures of the handle, the front apertures of the holder and the aperture of the blade to keep the holder in the handle. The pin is selectively inserted in the recesses of the handle and the rear apertures of the holder to keep the holder in a desired angle relative to the handle.
Coating stripping device and coating stripping method using the same
A coating stripping device includes a rotation driving tool and a coating stripping tool. A rotating disk of the rotation driving tool includes a first rotating disk having a projection, and a second retaining member of the coating stripping tool has a feather-shaped part. The coating stripping tool in the released state is attached to the second rotating disk and the first rotating disk rotates in a predetermined direction to bring the feather-shaped part into contact with the projection, thereby switching the coating stripping tool into the retained state, and when the coating stripping tool is in the retained state, the first rotating disk rotates in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction to bring the feather-shaped part into contact with the projection, thereby switching the coating stripping tool into the released state.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STRIPPING METAL FOIL OF SHIELD WIRE
Positioning of a shield electric wire is performed by an insertion jig in front of a peeling jig, and a portion at a distal end of the shield electric wire where a metal foil is exposed is inserted into an electric wire insertion hole of a peeling jig through the center hole of an insertion jig. Air is blown from an opening on an other-end-surface side of the peeling jig toward the distal end of the shielded electric wire, and the metal foil is expanded while being separated from a wire core. A cut is formed from a side of a metal foil expanded by blowing air in a predetermined gap between a one-end-surface of the peeling jig and an end surface of the insertion jig, and the metal foil is cut from the cut as a starting point.
Power Tool Accessories for Cutting Elongated Members
A power tool accessory includes a housing having a rear end portion and front end portion; an input shaft at least partially received in the rear end portion, extending along an axis, and configured to be coupled to a tool holder of a rotary power tool; a threaded shaft received in the housing and rotationally driven by the input shaft; a blade holder configured to move along the axis upon rotation of the threaded shaft; and a cutting blade configured to be retained by the blade holder. A workpiece holder is coupled to the front end portion of the housing and is configured to hold an elongated member. Upon rotation of the input shaft, the threaded shaft rotates, causing the blade holder to move axially toward the front end portion of the housing, causing the blade to move at least partially into the workpiece holder to cut the elongated workpiece.
Cutter and Kit
A cutter and a kit. The cutter, such as a close quarters cutter, is operable to cut a work piece extending along an axis and includes a cutting wheel, a roller, and a housing assembly supporting the cutting wheel and the roller for movement about the axis in a cutting direction to cut the work piece. The housing assembly has a generally cylindrical outer surface engageable by a user to pivot the cutter about the axis. A grip portion is provided on the outer surface and includes a plurality of grip members. Each grip member includes, relative to the cutting direction, a trailing surface and a leading surface extending from the outer surface. The leading surface may be angled toward the cutting direction.
HAND-HELD CUTTING TOOLS FOR OPENING BLISTERS OF BLISTER PILL PACKS
Hand-held cutting tool are provided that open blisters of a blister pill pack. The hand-held cutting tools includes a handle, an anvil, and a blade. The handle includes two arms having proximal and distal ends, and a connecting portion extending from the proximal ends of the arms. The connecting portion maintains spatial separation between the proximal ends of the arms. The anvil and blade extend from respective distal ends of the arms. The blade includes a cutting edge facing the anvil. The arms are configured to move between an open state and a closed state. When the arms are moved from the open state with the blister positioned between the anvil and the cutting edge to the closed state, the cutting edge is configured to puncture and cut the blister open to enable user access to pills inside the blister.
ERGONOMIC DISPOSABLE CUTTING TOOL FOR STERILITY TESTING
The invention relates to a device for cutting tubing, comprising a frame having an entry window and an exit window for defining a pathway of the longitudinal axis of the tube through the device, a cutting element arranged on the frame, wherein the cutting element is arranged lateral and opposite to the pathway of the tubing and wherein at least the portion of the frame is formed mobile and the cutting element is arranged on or opposite to the mobile portion to enable the cutting element to be pressed into the pathway of the longitudinal axis of the tubing.
Peeler device
A peeler device removes a thin layer from the outer surface of the end of a plastic pipe or tapping tee. In the preferred embodiments, the device has a main body and a mandrel. The pipe to be peeled is pushed onto the mandrel when the mandrel is in an out position. As the main body is rotated, a blade advances onto the plastic pipe and peels a thin layer off the outer surface of the pipe as it is advanced. The main body is rotated until peeling is complete. There may be a sight window in the main body to permit visual confirmation of when peeling is complete. A spring loaded blade lever is actuated to raise the blade and the pipe is pulled out of the main body.
