PIPE CUTTING DEVICE
20220001470 · 2022-01-06 · ·

A pipe cutting device with a positioning element and a counter-support, which are formed on a c-shaped working head, wherein the working head also transitions into a foot part that can also be used as a grip region, and the positioning element can be displaced relative to the foot part to change an opening width of the working head, wherein the positioning element can also be fixed on the foot part by means of a detent device, which has a hand-operable engagement element that interacts with a receiving part to fix the detent. In order to improve the design in terms of handling, the engagement element is situated on the positioning element and can be displaced together with the positioning element relative to the receiving part.

Method and device for stripping metal foil of shield wire

Positioning of a shield electric wire is performed by an insertion jig in front of a peeling jig, and a portion at a distal end of the shield electric wire where a metal foil is exposed is inserted into an electric wire insertion hole of a peeling jig through the center hole of an insertion jig. Air is blown from an opening on an other-end-surface side of the peeling jig toward the distal end of the shielded electric wire, and the metal foil is expanded while being separated from a wire core. A cut is formed from a side of a metal foil expanded by blowing air in a predetermined gap between a one-end-surface of the peeling jig and an end surface of the insertion jig, and the metal foil is cut from the cut as a starting point.

Group of manual pliers

Manual pliers of different types and/or geometries are described. The manual pliers have a modular design. Here, without any adaptations of the design, a base module can be combined with different pliers head modules. The modular design makes it possible to reduce the manufacturing costs and to use a large number of same parts for manufacturing manual pliers of different types.

A hand operated cutting tool (200) for pipes or tubes includes a housing (202). The housing (202) defining at least one first opening (204) to receive an object (210) to perform a first cutting action, and a second opening (206) which is adapted to perform a second cutting action. The first opening (204) includes a longitudinal axis (A-A1) and the second opening (206) include a longitudinal axis (X-X′). The longitudinal axis (A-A1) and the longitudinal axis (X-X′) include an angle (Z) therebetween that is unequal to 0 degree. And, one or more cutting blades (208, 502) are operatively coupled to the first opening (204) and the second opening (206). The one or more cutting blades (208) is arranged such that it is performing both the first cutting action and the second cutting action.

CUTTING TOOL

A cutting tool including a first handle, a second handle, a first head portion, and a second head portion. A force transfer mechanism interconnects the first handle, the second handle, the first head portion, and the second head portion. The force transfer mechanism includes a plurality of flexible links configured to resiliently deform and move the first head portion toward the second head portion in response to movement of the first handle toward the second handle. The first and second handle portions and the first and second head portions are integrally formed together with the force transfer mechanism as a single monolithic structure.

Manually operated cutting device having a ratchet mechanism

A cutting device for the chipless cutting of a material comprises a cutting part and a supporting part. The cutting part and the supporting part are designed to be rotated with respect to one another about an axis of rotation between an open position and a closed position. A hand lever is articulated to the supporting part for pivoting about a pivot axis. A ratchet mechanism converts a back-and-forth motion of the hand lever into a continuous rotational motion of the cutting part toward the closed position. The ratchet mechanism includes a toothing and a drive pawl, which can be brought into an effective position with respect to the toothing. Furthermore, the cutting device comprises a coupling mechanism, which converts a one-time pivoting motion of the hand lever into a rotational motion of the cutting part. A separate coupling element transmits force from the hand lever to the cutting part.

A cutter includes a blade, a handle, a holder, a pivot and a pin. The blade includes an aperture and a slit. The handle includes two lateral plates each of which includes an aperture and a recess. The holder includes a block formed between two lateral plates. The block is inserted in the slit when the blade is inserted in the holder. Each of the lateral plates of the holder includes a rear aperture and a front aperture. The pivot is selectively inserted in the apertures of the handle, the front apertures of the holder and the aperture of the blade to keep the holder in the handle. The pin is selectively inserted in the recesses of the handle and the rear apertures of the holder to keep the holder in a desired angle relative to the handle.

Pipe cutting device capable of adjusting moving path of cutter

A pipe cutting device includes first and second C-shaped half-bodies, a cutter disposed between the first and second C-shaped half-bodies, two wheels, an automatic cutter feeding mechanism, and arc-shaped plate adjustment screws. The automatic cutter feeding mechanism moves the cutter to perform an automatic feeding operation and is in cooperation with the two wheels to cut a pipe. The first and second C-shaped half-bodies include a first screw hole and a second screw hole respectively, the arc-shaped plate adjustment screws are locked into the first screw hole and the second screw hole respectively, to adjust a moving path, toward a location between the two wheels, of the cutter pushed by the automatic cutter feeding mechanism. Therefore, the pipe cutting device can adjust the moving path of the cutter, fine tuning to cut the pipe, and adjusting a pressing force of the cutter.

Cutting device for brachytherapy seed implantation sleeves

A device for loading brachytherapy seeds and spacers into a sleeve. The device holds two or more seed or spacer cartridges of different radioactive species and dosage. The user rotates a selector for selecting a desired cartridge and, with each depression of a spring-biased plunger, pushes a seed or spacer into a channel in an inspection area. The process is repeated for the desired number and order of seeds and spacers in sequence to form a strand. The strand can be seen in the channel with the unaided eye through a transparent window. Once the strand is arranged as desired, it is pushed into a sleeve that is held in a removable sleeve holder. If desired, the end portions of the filled sleeve may be cut off using a sleeve cutter to shorten the filled sleeve. The filled sleeve is implanted into patient using a needle.

A coating stripping device includes a rotation driving tool and a coating stripping tool. A rotating disk of the rotation driving tool includes a first rotating disk having a projection, and a second retaining member of the coating stripping tool has a feather-shaped part. The coating stripping tool in the released state is attached to the second rotating disk and the first rotating disk rotates in a predetermined direction to bring the feather-shaped part into contact with the projection, thereby switching the coating stripping tool into the retained state, and when the coating stripping tool is in the retained state, the first rotating disk rotates in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction to bring the feather-shaped part into contact with the projection, thereby switching the coating stripping tool into the released state.
