BLADE DESIGN FOR CUTTING FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS
A cutting device for slicing or chopping food or the like has a plurality of parallel cutting blades, each with a leading cutting edge that is non-linear or even curved from one end to an opposite end thereof and is non-symmetric with respect to a central point between the ends. The leading cutting edge of each blade has a different elevation in the cutting direction than the leading cutting edges of the adjacent blades. With this arrangement the cutting edges of the various blades are caused to slice progressively into the sliceable object and thereby reduce the force required to create the parallel cuts through the object.
Food comminution device
The invention relates to a food comminution device having a base part, which bears a cutting part, and having an actuation part, which actuation part is articulatedly fixed to the base part and can be pivoted from a loading position toward the cutting part into a closed position in order to push food items for comminution through the cutting part and can subsequently be pivoted from the closed position into the loading position again. The food comminution device is characterized in that the base part has the outer contour of a cuboid as its outer contour, and in that the food comminution device has a collecting container, and in that, on one face surface of the base part, there is provided an opening for the sliding-in of the collecting container into the base part, and in that the cutting part is arranged on a first side surface of the base part, which side surface is adjacent to the face surface, and in that the cutting part and the actuation part are constituent parts of a first comminution tool, and in that the base part is a constituent part of a further comminution tool, and/or at least one further comminution tool is fixed to the base part, wherein the further comminution tool is arranged on a further side surface of the base part, which further side surface is adjacent to the face surface, and in that the collecting container can be arranged in the base part selectively in a first position, in which said collecting container collects food items comminuted by way of the first comminution tool, or in a second position, which differs from the first position and in which said collecting container collects the food items comminuted by way of the second comminution tool.
FOOD CUTTER
A food cutter includes a fixing seat, a blade and a movable contact member. The blade is mounted on the fixing seat, the movable contact member is movably mounted on the fixing seat along the cutting direction of the blade. The movable contact member is provided with a position-avoiding groove corresponding to a position of the blade, and the movable contact member is used to push and separate the cut food from the blade; the food cutter provided in the application significantly improves the efficiency and cleanliness of food cutting through an innovative structure integrating a fixing seat, a blade and a movable contact member; the blade is fixedly mounted on the fixing seat, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the cutting process; the design of the movable contact member allows its flexible movement in the cutting direction of the blade.
LABOR-SAVING VEGETABLE CUTTER AND LABOR-SAVING VEGETABLE CHOPPER
A labor-saving vegetable cutter and a labor-saving vegetable chopper are related to the technical field of kitchen utensils. The labor-saving vegetable cutter includes a pressing block and a cutting knife assembly. The cutting knife assembly includes a plurality of cutting knife members stacked together. The cutting knife member includes blade groups, and the blade groups on the plurality of cutting knife member are arranged in an offset manner. When the pressing block presses fruits and vegetables to be cut towards the cutting knife assembly, the fruits and vegetables are sequentially cut by the blade groups on the plurality of cutting knife members. The blade groups of the plurality of cutting knife members are interlaced with each other to cut the fruits and vegetables into strip shapes with a parallelogram cross-section.
CUTTING AND CHOPPING TOOL FOR THE KITCHEN
An apparatus for cutting and chopping vegetables, such as lettuce. The apparatus includes a body having a frame and legs. A grid blade unit is removably mounted to the frame and includes blades arranged in a grid for cutting the vegetables. A lid covers the grid blade unit and the frame, wherein the lid is pivotally mounted to the frame. The bottom surface of the lid has a grid of blocks that are arranged to correspond to the grid blade unit. The blocks are inserted into the respective cells of the grid blade unit when the lid is pressed over the frame. The movement of a block relative to the upper sharp edges of the blade while the block being inserted into the respective cell causes the slicing of a vegetable placed over the grid blade unit. The pieces of vegetables are collected in a pan.
Cutting head assembly and knives for cutting food products into strips, and assembly method
Cutting head assembly for cutting food products into strips, comprising: a plurality of knives provided to be stacked on top of each other to form a knife stack for cutting food products, which are driven through a central opening of the cutting head assembly from an entry side towards an exit side, into strips, and a body for holding the knife stack. The body comprises first and second body segments which mate with each other and are together provided for forming slots for holding end portions of the knives and for defining the central opening of the cutting head assembly. The cutting head assembly has fewer parts and/or may be assembled and disassembled more quickly.
CYLINDER KNIFE AND CUTTING DEVICE
A cylinder knife and a cutting device includes an annular fixed knife rest and an annular rotary knife rest rotatably sleeved outside the fixed knife rest, which form a cylinder knife structure. Moreover, the fixed knife rest is provided with a first blade component, the rotary knife rest is provided with second blade components disposed at an acute angle with a rotation surface, and an angle opening direction of the acute angle and a rotation direction are the same direction; and when food is sliced after put into the cylinder knife from the upside, large oblique surfaces of the second blade components provide extrusion forces for pressing food into the first blade component while slicing, and finally, the food is cut into specific shapes such as shapes like dices or chips by the first blade component.
FOOD PROCESSOR WITH DICING GRID ACCESSORY AND CLEANING TOOL THEREFOR
A cleaning tool for cleaning a dicing grid accessory of a food processor, the dicing grid accessory having a dicing grid with a plurality of apertures, and an anchor hole located adjacent to the dicing grid, the cleaning tool having: a body having a plurality of bosses dimensioned to be receivable by the plurality of apertures; an anchor arm extending from the body, the anchor arm having a shape that conforms to the anchor hole of the dicing grid accessory and being releasably engageable with the anchor hole, such that, when the anchor arm is engaged with the anchor hole, the body is located with respect to the dicing grid and is pivotable about the anchor hole to allow the plurality of bosses to move into the plurality of apertures; and a handle extending from the body opposite the anchor arm, such that, when the anchor arm is engaged with the anchor hole the handle provides leverage to increase the available force at the plurality of bosses as the bosses travel into the plurality of apertures.
ADJUSTABLE STRUCTURE OF FOOD SLICER
Disclosed is an adjustable structure of a food slicer. A planer body includes an upper cutting plate and a back plate, a lower cutting plate is movably disposed on the planer body and at a front side of the back plate, the lower cutting plate is driven by the adjustable structure to move on the planer body to adjust a height difference between an upper plane of the upper cutting plate and an upper plane of the lower cutting plate. According to the present application, with the adoption of the meshing transmission of the sliding teeth and the gear, a linear motion in the up-down direction is converted into a lifting motion of the lower cutting plate in cooperation with the chutes, the transmission is stable and the adjustment is fast and convenient.
