A mandoline slicer including a frame having two opposed side walls and a food support surface, a blade assembly, and a slicing thickness adjustment mechanism engaging the blade assembly with the frame and configured to vertically move the blade assembly relative to the food support surface between an operating position where the cutting blade is exposed above the food support surface for a vertical distance for slicing and a resting position where the cutting blade is positioned coplanar with or below the food support surface. The present invention has a fixed and integral food support surface and a movable blade assembly which is easy and safe to operate. Dual knife food cutter

A dual knife food cutter apparatus is configurable into a cutting configuration and a storage configuration. In the cutting configuration, the first blade is attached to the second blade to form a substantially contiguous combined cutting side. In the storage configuration, the cutting side of each blade is inserted into a slot of the handle of the other blade.

An adjustable vegetable food machine is provided. A T-shaped chute is provided lengthwise on and penetrates through a top surface of the main body frame with a food fixing mechanism being detachably mounted therein. The bottom of the food fixing mechanism is provided with a slider slidable along the T-shaped chute. A dismountable food cutting mechanism is provided on the main body frame and includes a panel, a knife seat connected to the panel through a rotating shaft, a rear cover, a push button lock, and a shift push button. The shift push button slides along a length direction of the slot to adjust a cutting angle of the knife seat with respect to the front of the panel. The structure of the present invention is simple and safe, convenient for disassembly and assembly and cleaning, and convenient for storage.

An onion chopper includes a container having a bottom and a plurality of sidewalls extending upwardly and terminating in a rim. A lid is attached to the container at a pivot location for movement between a closed position adjacent the rim and an open position pivoted away from the rim. A tray is removably supported atop the container, and defines a central opening positioned between a forward end and a rearward end. A spiralizer insert is removably attached to the tray within the central opening, the spiralizer insert having a central spindle and a blade extending radially outward from the central spindle.

A mandoline slicer includes a slicing ramp with a rearward and forward portion defining an opening. A main slicing blade is mounted to the forward slicing portion. A spiral slicing insert is configured to fit within the opening, and includes a circular support, a spindle, and a spiral slicing blade positioned inside the circular support. In some versions, the insert is invertible, having a second spiral slicing feature on a lower side.
